Service is ok could be better

I am happy with the service overall when booking however when needing to amend my booking was told i was going to receive a call at 6pm to sort it out and know body has phoned me I rang and mad them aware they said we are busy and will get back to you within the next day or so I feel like they could have made arranged another time to call me in order to resolve my issue

Prices are NEVER what you see

Teletext is super frustrating as the price online is never the price you pay Often well over 100- 200 more in fact I m also still currently waiting for my refund related to cancelled holidays due to Corona Virus Refund should be with me by 31st July but my holiday was one of the 1st the be effected so I don t know why the refund is taking so long More than a bit disappointing

Hotel stated they had not received payment for my accommodation

When we arrived at the hotel they stated they hadn t been paid by yourselves for my room This was incredibly embarrassing I had to show my payment to you on my credit card app My wife was very concerned we may be removed from our room and we only received confirmation it was resolved on Tuesday we had been in the hotel since Saturday evening Other than that things ran smoothly

Disappointed

Great customer services when calling to make a new booking but very poor when calling for information changes to your bookings due to new guidelines from government in regards to COVID 19- I had to wait for 2 hours for an operator They promised that will call back in half an hour yesterday which never happened Disappointed I always booked holidays with them but ai believe this will be the last time

Waiting too long on hold with jatin

Very good service from jatin kept me waiting too long after telling me he would call me back in 10 minutes it was actually 40 minutes I was at work so it didn t go down well and then told me I would be on hold for 1 minute but actually turned out to be 15 minutes I was not happy about that bit either Nice guy but these key point in customer service need addressing so he can improve

Had a wrong information from the hotel

Had a wrong information from the hotel recepcionist and we missed the taxi to the airport We had to pay extra 80 euros and ask for a refund Complaint process through the web page a nightmare as dont have some details i can not found Luckyli copied support team from teletext in the email i sent to the hotel Dont know if i will get my money back Fingers cross

We recently had to change our holiday

We recently had to change our holiday to next year due to difficulties with self isolating After many hours of waiting on the phone for an answer we were helped by Russell who was extremely patient and understanding The customer service is appalling the wait for help on the phone is far too long I also have received emails that were not relevant to our booking and caused great distress

Bad customer service

Booking the actual holiday was great but when I realised there was a problem I had to amend it became a nightmare I spent around 6 hours over 3 days trying to get through I was hung up on numerous times told I would be called back On the 3rd day I demanded they didn t hang up and regardless what department it was they had to resolve my problem Overall the customer service has to improve I would be reluctant to use again

My flights where cancelled both ways

My flights where cancelled both ways from manchester to lanzarote and from lanzarote to Manchester this meant I had no holiday to look forward to so I requested a refund which the agent William advised will be in my account by the 31st of January he was very helpful with this request but I m disappointed that I have to wait so long for my refund from October to end of January 4 months

The holiday was 325 online

The holiday was 325 online then went up to 360 when I called and got a quote and when I handed over the credit card it was 400 all in the same call The airline cancelled the flights and I received no email from this company to advise me on what to do Applied for a refund didn t get a confirmation that this is being done
