I recently booked a package holiday through Teletext Holidays and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jai Jai provided exceptional customer service patient professional and truly focused on helping me find the best deal for my trip Jai went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and the options he provided were tailored to my preferences and budget He took the time to explain all the details clearly which gave me great confidence in the booking process Thank you Jai for making the experience stress-free and enjoyable I highly recommend his expertise to anyone planning a holiday through Teletext Holidays 5 5 stars

Winter Sun bliss

Just returned from a great holiday in Taghazout Morocco with Teletext holidays We initially booked with Mani in mid-October which was quite late for wanting to go away over Christmas Although our first choice of accommodation was sold out he found us an alternative which met our requirement for a proper bed for our teenage son rather than a sofa bed It was a junior suite at the Hilton Taghazout Bay accommodation we would have thought out of our budget We paid a lot less than if we had booked through alternate providers and the suite was amazing Only reason this isn t a 5 star review is a few glitches with having to get incorrect paperwork resent Private transfers from the airport worked smoothly no issues at all Would definitely use Telextext holidays again

Very happy with my experience using teletext holidays Had to wait more than 24 hours for my confirmation and details but the nice VJ helped me with this Both Mike and VJ were very helpful polite and patient I will use again
