The sales advisor Nancy was awesome I could not have asked for more she went above beyond to help me book the holiday even when I made a mistake she fixed it for me

Alfred was absolutely amazing

Alfred was absolutely amazing After realising I actually want to add my child he found an amazing hotel even better than the one I had previously if going solo This was now also upgraded to all Inc as I hot the little un with the shuttle and an extra over head cabin bag I got an amazing price Over happy and can t wait to now share my holiday with my bubba Thankyou Alfred

Great holiday after a dodgy start

My holiday started off bad we arrived at our accomodation to find somehow our rooms had been cancelled I was on the fone for over an hour with Fred this call started at 8 45pm Fred was very helpful and patient we had to pay extra for the night with the promise we would be reimbursed and would be moved to another hotel the following morning Sure enough 9 15am Kevin foned he was also very helpful and talked us through our next move so in a nutshell KEVIN got us into a Sol hotel very close to our original choice he assured me that my outlay for the previous night would be returned So the holiday came and went we came home I forwarded the hotel receipt the following day and three days later I was repayed Big hand for FRED in sales who went above and beyond and also KEVIN in resort Thank you TELETEXT HOLIDAYS

Dacey was absolutely fantastic in every single aspect from the searching and supporting us and giving advice and her knowledge and guidance was very much appreciated She ensured that we got the best deal possible and she gladly went above and beyond to make this holiday the best experience ever We are so thankful and grateful for people like Dacey She was the best person we could ve wanted to speak with on the other end of the phone

A big thank you to Sarkar from Teletex Hoidays Sales Team who ddid a great job in finding the holiday of our chosen destination hotel flights and transfers Worked hard trying to match best location accomodation to match our budget by costing various options like alternative flights to enable us to get higher spec rooms keeping within our budget Would recommend Teletex Holidays for a more bespoke customer service
