Dominic and Chelsea were absolutely great in terms of helping us get on the property ladder Already recommended Dominic and his service with Tembo to fellow self employed business owners We were really doubtful we d be able to even get a mortgage as two self employed individuals with only two years tax returns as we got nowhere with high street banks but Dominic was so invested in understanding our circumstances If it wouldn t be weird I d have a plaque in our house with Dominic s name on we are the grateful for his help

Mortgage - If you work for the NHS you could save

Olivia broker and Chelsea case manager have been great As I work in the NHS Tembo s services were free to me As a first-time buyer this has been extremely helpful in saving money I had an initial screening conversation and was allocated to Olivia and Chelsea Olivia had access to many lenders and found me a competitive rate which two other brokers quoted me Both have responded promptly to all my enquiries and made me aware of the process in detail Tembo also linked me with a specialist called Wendy who went through income protection and life insurance deals with me She explained it s importance and the various policies available to consider The mortgage application went in with no issues and was approved quickly I would definitely recommend
