We don t care about the disabled

Temu have no consideration for the disabled health troubled or housebound if this is YOU DO NOT ORDER HERE They sent me countless items 6 days after delivery date and despite complaining when it was already 4 days late to come back in 3 more days for a full refund when I did they said which items were no longer needed and did a partial refund only after already promising a full one because the items were delivered 6 days after expected delivery instead of 7 further faulty items were then noted and I requested a refund they wanted the items back fine useless to me anyway so I stated I m housebound and can t reach the post office can they collect after half an hour of chat I was told collection wasn t an option and if I don t post the items I m not entitled to a refund as both myself and wife are housebound and literally can t get the post office and are neighbours are all untrustworthy and don t speak English there is no way to do this TEMU s paraphrased response tough luck not our fault your disabled Terrible customer service my last 3 orders better be immaculate and after that you will never get my custom again

Do not use this firm

I am waiting for several items but what worries me most is that my email address has been bombarded with dodgy comms stating to be TEMU I should have known to expect this but i suggest you do not touch this company with a very long bargepole Reply I still had a marked increase in Spam after buying from you I did not want to go back into your app but could you check for lanterns I think we re ordered The other items came in a jumble in the bag

Items was not delivered Items was delivered to the wrong address Contacted TEMU with proof of where my items was delivered to and I was told to contact EVRi courier which I did EVRI sent me back to TEMU and nothing was done i contacted the address with the proof of the delivery but I was told my items were not with them TEMU did not refund my money neither did they replace my 5items which I think is fraudulent and absolutely disgraceful and cheating for a company to behave like that i never entered into any agreement with them for my parcels to be delivered to any other address Be careful and be at alert when dealing with TEMU

It seems this is a website for scam artists and dishonest traders I ordered some hair oil and earphones I received a bottle of water labelled hair oil and a fake set of earphones I was embarrassed that I got scammed Temu is probably making millions ripping of the less wealthy among us

I thought some of their adds online is pretty cool and style on fb website but when I bought a few things from temu company their product is super expensive and poorly designed and quality isn t very good

A class action lawsuit must be organised against this dishonest business It has been more than two months since I last received my 45 000 Pound Sterling A total waste of time No texts No Communication No one to lodge complain too this is Absolutely Unacceptable behaviour Thanks to my Co workers who introduced me to the most wonderful Platform STERGAIN They are bringer of victory

Impossible to contact TEMU Extremely unprofessional customer support They just write nonsense apologize Really annoying Never reply emails nor really addressing issues Very strange people They branch from return refund policy They accept like fraud I let them read this before posting
