Sent my ASUS TUF A15 Gaming laptop for a diagnosis As my motherboard was broken there was nothing else I could do They helped me replace the motherboard with a new one with a warranty They also replaced my battery free of charge 5 5 good customer service and good price as they also gave me a student discount

Excellent experience I was skeptical coming in but Sammy was an amazing help My Macbook Pro from 2017 15 is working fine but I noticed the fan has higher activity than usual Sammy helped identify the cause suggested I contact the Software that was causing the CPU drainage He got my old MacBook to keep going for another year or 2 I m forever grateful He was also very straightforward about the repair cost gave me a few suggestions weighing the choice between fixing it or getting a new laptopWill definitely be back when I need a new Macbook in a few years If you don t feel like throwing away your computer every few years want to make use of the current ones as long as possible I highly recommend bringing it in for Sammy to look at
