Excellent Support through Transitioning
I ve had about 3 moves in the last 2 years When I first moved to the UK it was a very challenging transition which is why I decided to seek support through therapy Having Anila as my therapist was so instrumental in getting more settled into the UK and starting to feel more like myself in this new location About a year later I was making a similar move to Canada Despite all of the challenges and uncertainty having Anila s support during this time was very instrumental in making this move This time it was a much smoother transition compared to the first move and she was there to support me help keep the right perspective and helped me approach this move with the open mindedness I needed Needless to say settling down was much smoother this time I m really grateful to have had Anila s support all through this time
