Have been trying to register for the last 2 days No call back on hold for over 2 hrs No return email Very frustrated

Even though Test PRO is certified by ASTQB this is the worst school I have ever been to When I canceled the Automation course with them they declined all of my requests to return my money back as promised They came up with the reason that I didn t sign the contract about money refund when I paid the full price for the classes The mentor that signed me up was longer working at Test Pro and they refused to provide the refund No customer support at all I called numerous times and waited in line for hours One time I got to the representative that promised to give my message to the manager but he never got back to me with the solution I was tired of creating issue tickets that no one taking care of and automatically getting closed without resolving the issue I have never had such an awful experience with any company Their customer support SUCKS a lot I would not recommend this school to any of my friends and I am regretting SO BADLY getting into it They don t provide AMERICAN customer service but russian All russian-speaking employees have an awful attitude and are very rude It just proved to me again not to deal with russian mentality people no more ever again Regarding the classes it is such a mess No one knows what to do and what is the schedule Very confusing and hard to work with these people They teach only how to create test cases and that is it Huge groups 90 no personal attention teachers likely to be late and restart the computers during the lessons Waste of time

I ve done 100 Of the course The way this works is like watching a YouTube video You are not gonna see the whole class faces You will see just a teachers face and the teacher won t see none of you You can ask one question thru the whole lesson onlyIf you get lucky and she sees it thru a fast running chat Also they promised to give money back if you don t find a job after a year in this field So here I am I have a good resume with not completely true info to make it more impressing But it didn t work after a year of sending hundreds of copies And guess what there s nobody responding about money back and they literally made it super hard to reach them out when you completed a class Keep your money and find and offline school or college Also spend this time to become a developer instead

School encourage students to leave fake reviews from multiple acc in exchange to mentoring sessions screenshots of them doing it were taken in their private groups for students Their website was stating that they approved by BPPA but if you try to look up this school it is not there Once this fact been mentioned by owner of other school this info has been removed from their website but they still stating they are the most licensed school in the US They just scam you make you pay for the course that won t ever help you to find the job Also the fake companies they provide you to put into your resume are well known among HRs and they won t even consider you for the interview Also they stole some materials from other s school open source Be aware When you figure out what you paid for they will tell you that you are not eligible for the refund P S I was a student of this school even they stating otherwise So sad that I m unable to attach screenshots to this review but I ll continue sharing my experience with or without screenshots Also your school reply to this review accusing me of making false claims and statement that I have never been a student will be very helpful in the lawsuit against TestPro and it s owners

so friends do not study here this is the first Here everything is very cleverly done a lot of promised in words in fact a lot of things are not clear I paid 2500 for two months of training expecting in the future help in finding a job in the sense that they will send a resume what happened in the end The policy changed and they said that they would create a group where the PARTICIPANTS themselves will help each other Topics database was poorly served API similar all topics can be found on the Internet on YouTube I don t see much point in studying there All their statistics by whom is not clear according to my course students are still looking for work and cannot find Guys studying technology go to college half a year or 2 years of study there is better regardless of how people and even more so this company treat education in the USA calling it an INSANELY expensive place Or study for yourself everything is available on the Internet and for FREE All reviews are also wound by them for the sake of positive comments they provide a coupon to talk to the teacher Don t be fooled by this be careful

I have received a loan for the course but was not able to attend and had asked for a refund of the loan since I m not using it It has been 2 months after my request and the amount of the loan was not refunded These people are not leading a clean business and I would not trust on that company to work with Forget about their promise on price guarantee Do not go into that scam I plan to contact all financial authorities and request their license to be revoked in the United States

Don t fall for this scam All these positive reviews are FAKE Positive reviews here are to get FREE mentor sessions Shame on you people who write positive reviews for the free sessionsI was lured into the course by their beautiful admission team who called me every day to make a payment I can t believe I paid 4250 2500 manual 1750 automation for that cra p Bootcamp started with a huge amount of technical issues Nothing worked from their end schedules Microsoft Teams outlook After a week of classes with Marina S who struggled to speak and teach I realized that it was the most unprofessional ignorant and useless education with so many technical issues Their whole LMS education is based on Youtube videos which you can watch for free After a few idiotic classes with 125 participants I requested a refund They started bullshi ing me right away They have been bullshi ing me for 3 weeks as of today delaying my refund After contacting them numerous times they finally agreed to refund me for HALF of the course pocketing 1 120 out of 2500 Hope my review will save someone from this dishonest school

SCAM I spoke to a guy name Nicolas Kobalia he smooth talk me into getting a loan of 3000 to start a course Jan 13th I was approved for the loan Jan 9th I told him about it and asked for the further steps towards starting the course and he hasn t responded ever since I ve sent multiple emails but no response Now I m stuck with a loan I won t use I m reporting this school to fraud department they re criminals

I passed one of the first course on the English language in 2018 with Russian teachers That was worst ever course in my life Guys just got money we didn t get nothing no any knowledge because that was English course no any certificates absolutely I m just got problem because stupid Leafe follow me last two years I didn t pay for that shi ty-course and never pay in the future Don t waste your time with TestPro Andrey E
