They will not let you cancel and stop charges
They seemingly will not let you cancel your service and keep billing the recurring monthly bill charge despite multiple attempts to communicate through customer service email seems to be the only option they give you your desire to cancel TLDR - good luck getting them to stop the charges and cancel your account

I wish I had read these reviews first I signed up for the intensive plan and went to add alerts but the website doesn t work- no matter what search function I use there are no businesses I can subscribe too After some further research which I should have done first it appears I am not the only one who has paid for subscriptions that don t work and consequently can t get a hold of anyone after paying I will be disputing the transaction through my credit card company

Creating an alert is not possible
I have choosen for a Premium subscription of only whatsapp alerts I would like to tell you what I tried to do to setup an alert 1 I clicked Create an alert then I would expect by clicking ok to give my location that the map would show my city with all the TGTG places But nothing happens the screen stays empty 2 Then I decided to fill in the city where I live manually this does not work for many variations of my city only with Almere Stad Almere Pays-Basand not with Almere Pays-Bas 3 Then I selected the right TGTG shop and then you have a slider Whatever I do with my mouse I cannot slide it to the right position to turn on the alert I tried for at least 1 hour to slide it to right but nothing happens Then after a few attempts I get the popup Something wrong happened when updating this bag Please try later or contact us using the Messenger button on the bottom right we reply usually in less than 24 hours Actually usually in less than 24 hours is NEVER They really never respond Also with a lot of effort I turned on an alert but I do not receive an alert anymore I verified this because of one store it was sold yesterday but did not receive a whatsapp message What is going on here please respond I stopped my subscription and will end today

Very poor quality
Very poor quality Similar to other reviewers after I signed up for the premium plan I couldn t add additional bags vs my trial period ones and I stopped getting alerts for the ones I already had even when I saw the bags were available A huge disappointment don t waste your time and money

Not working
I was subscribed for a few months At first everything worked fine Then the alerts stopped altogether despite paying the highest premium I contacted the company on Messenger and at first they did not respond for two weeks then said that the issue was resolved I asked to get some additional subscription time for free as for at least two weeks I was paying for a service that did not work They read my message and never replied
