Quiqup charged me 27 of the bill amount as service and delivery fee I ordered through a restaurant on their menu Not a satisfactory response given Which authority can I take them to for stopping clients being ripped off

Ordered sandles on 20th April 2020 Acer numerous emails to be told there have been sent out I asked for a refund several times but ignored that question However they arrived today 15th June almost 2 months Appalling Thought they would of been in a box as they are orthopaedic sandles nothing on them stated that they were a health sandle Grey isn t grey it s a light beige feel ok not that impressed to be really honest wouldn t feel that they are orthpedic sandles The edges glued not the best Would never order again

I ordered a Bu-Ko leaf blower 79cc Paid for but received a 63cc blower After several emails to and from they ve not resolved my issue but claim to have tuned this 63cc upto 79cc No evidence to prove that from their side if the resolve my issue then I will increase the rating It arrived earlier than expected by 3 days so wasn t around to check box content

After ordering a bracelet from the website I was concerned after not receiving item in the time specified I googled the company and saw all these bad reviews After emailing them I received a reply within 8 hours no way of contacting them false Does not reply false Does not send goods false The item was received and excellent quality
