Terrible delivery

I m actually really sorry to be writing this I love the unique products and range of goods I have 2 recent grandchildren and I was delighted to find this company and knew I would spoil the babies rotten I started with a modest order of 7 items now 7 weeks ago The delivery has been slow and piece meal 2 items on the first a number of items on the second occasion but in 2 bags for some reason the food pacifier and storage which is one item was split into two I chased the delivery up third contact and then received the pacifiers but was still missing the pink Alma bowl I have now contacted them 6 times and was informed that they were communicating with the courier There has been no issues with the courier it is the department that is sending the orders out I was looking forward to giving these to babies but it s taken the shine off it I will not use them again which is honestly a shame as I live the products

LAYROADS - Downright deceptive and misleading

Downright deceptive and misleadingMy jacket arrived and it was nothing like the advertised photo nor its description The look the materials used the weight and feel of it was inferior When I questioned them they offered a 30 refund I said ridiculous so they offered to keep it and order another one I chose another style of jacket and when it arrived it too was again a poor imitation of the advertised photo and description When I then demanded my refund again they in the end only paid me 75 of what I have paid I would avoid Layroads and any business name they associate with
