Good pillow but not for everyone

I am still getting used to the pillow I have tried it with another pillow and am now trying it using the Bamboo pillow on it s own but have yet to see the benefit it s supposed to do but will continue to try it a bit longer

Better night sleep but not helping my

This is an excellent pillow if you normally sleep with two pillows For me it is way too dense I persevered for about 10 days but was waking with a headache and sore neck I think because my head was pushed too high I do however have long term neck problems and the pillow is of very good quality I didn t find that it kept my head cool at all so was disappointed as I do get very hot and a number of reviews claimed that this was a positive feature of the bamboo

The pillow is very solid

Although the company was quick in sending my pillow to the delivery company myhermes they were appalling at delivering the parcel which took 3 attempts eventhough we were in each time therefore I would not buy from bamboo pillow again due to the delivery company they use

I find the pillow too firm

This pillow I m sure is quite good for most people but unfortunatly I can t get on with it It seems a bit too dense to me Although the cover is lovely and softIt doesn t really suite anyone with stubble or a beard as you tend to stick to it although a good pillow Unfortunatly it s not right for me

The pillow is very solid seem to slide down it during the night not sure it s good for bad necks as wake with neck twisted on the mattress

To honest the pillow has not helped at

I find the pillow too firm it is taking a long time to get used to it s very heavy As I have arthritis this may be why I am finding it difficult to get used to

I find the Bamboo Pillow a bit thick and high but it is better without being put inside a pillowcase Funnily enough although the pillow feels a bit hard and high for me when I use my normal pillows my neck is much sorer in the morning I think the Bamboo Pillow is good for support and I guess it ll just take time to get used to it

To high and to hard

To honest the pillow has not helped at all I wake up feeling worse than I did before plus my neck is worse I do appreciate it s like going to the gym your working muscle that you haven t before so I m going to persevere for at leat another month I just hope it proves me wrong because it was not cheap

Still not convinced

After trying the bamboo pillow for a couple of weeks i found it so uncomfortable i decided to return it under the money back guarantee At first i was told to keep trying it for the full 30 days trial period as they take time to soften I did this but the pillow was still very hard and uncomfortable so i decided to return it this was a very easy return i just dropped it at a local pick up point I did have to chase up my refund though as it had not been recognised as returned but as soon as they tracked it down i did get a full refund as promised
