To whom whoever reads this I can t say enough about James and what he s done for me over the past four months we ve been working together I do run a business and for the past while I ve had a massive project I needed to get done in order to get back to working on my business and without James help it just wouldn t have happened His communication style is enjoyable but also very effective in terms of keeping me accountable pushing me to achieve my goals but also feeling his support at the same time If there is anything lacking in your life in terms of goalsetting or staying focussed or consistency in either life or business or health be sure to reach out to James and hire him it ll be money well spent

I started working with James back in December 2023 and he s helped me tremendously with getting my software business off the ground despite being in school full time and working a part-time internship I first went to him with a small app I developed in my free time not knowing how to get users and generate revenue to now having a full-on SAAS platform nearly ready to launch to large list of interested leads James has really helped me understand that there is no magic formula but it instead just comes down to consistently doing the work every day and simply seeing what works and what doesn t James is great at helping you see through the B S and making sure that you re focused on the things that actually move the needle forward When you re alone in your own head it s easy to get sidetracked without even realizing it It s so valuable to get an objective point of view continuously looking into your situation Especially when things get hard I highly recommend James to anyone starting a business He s been so great with not just the physical but also the mental battles you face in entrepreneurship I wouldn t be where I m at today without him

For me James guidance and accountability have been the key ingredients in the hard transition from a business dream to an actionable business plan He has been patient and human allwhile keeping ambitious objectives in check He is able to naturally combine understanding and empathy with drive and grit which is not an easy balance to strike in a coach He has been regularly and proactively following up with me to ensure I met the different milestones of my action plan allwhile beeing easily reachable in case I wanted to brainstorm or had any type of question He has not hesitated sharing his own experience with me to help me through my thought process and has always asked the right questions to help me navigate through difficult decisions I would not hesitate to recommend James to anyone who has a desired project which they want to see come to life
