Highly recommend Shane

Shane is a very good coach I was always nervous and anxious about my weight I was really skinny but with the right advice and knowledge shane got me to where I needed to be I would highly recommend him 10 10

Highly recommend Shane as a working mum of 4 small children I dont have much spare time I found the plan Shane developed for me to fit within my current lifestyle there was no major changes to prep time and all the food is normal everyday food it is all about been organised and Shane ia great to motivate I found the accountability great especially the check-ins Shane was also very understanding and took into account everything from sleep to screen time and overall lifestyle As i didnt have the energy for big workouts alot of the evenings Shane got me started with 15 minute HIIT sessions which were great I lost overall 4kg and 10 inches overall in the 8weeks Looking forward to the long term results If your hesitating about starting just do it You wont regret it It was a big step for me but glad im started

Been working with shane for the last 6 months doing a weight loss plan In that time I have went from 98kg to 80 kg while still keeping my strength and even hitting personal best on my lifts Keeps everything simple and Answered any question i had Would highly recommend him

Shane Smith is a fantastic Coach accessible and conscientious in his approach to strength and conditioning I had a severe issue with shin splints which would have cost a significant charge at local physios Shane was able to advise a new mode of heel strikes which has resulted in weeks without any recurring issues Cannot recommend him enough

Worth every cent

Check-ins are key for keeping on the plan and Shane makes it a personal experience very open about everything and not shy about making changes when progress stalls no pressure placed on you which leaves the plan and it s success in your hands with firm guidance which makes it all the more satisfying when you start seeing results

Excellent at his job and very helpful

I never paid anyone to help me move weight before but I don t think there would be as many PTs out there that take all the steps that Shane does I was reading for 2 hours to realize all of the bad habits I had and the foods I was consuming and learning what I should be eating with multiple sample meal plans and a breakdown of everything I learned more in that 2 hours than I did in years by myself Shane takes everything into account lack of equipment you may have at home or maybe you re not as mobile as you once were or any other circumstances that may apply to you For me he created a great simple plan to get down weight including a list of exercises which I found achievable with my mobility Overall I m down over 3kg in 8 weeks which in my case isn t bad and it would have been more if I wasn t keeping disciplined over the weekends I will be continuing with Shane s help going forward We d spend money on cars keeping them on the road all the time why not spend some to better yourself

I couldn t speak highly enough about my experience working with Shane at Smith-Fit From start to finish he was supportive knowledgeable and engaging He made nutrition easy for me I m looking forward to working with him again

Highly recommend

I couldn t recommend Shane enough I signed up with Shane just after new years I m a crossfitter and I would train quite a bit and wanted to get back in shape and peek in my performance so I wanted to learn to fuel myself properly I started my nutrition plan with him on the 5th of January and within a week the changes in my body shape mood and energy was amazing Shane is great for checking in with you to keep you accountable make sure your doing okay and staying on track His recipes and meal plans are unbelievable all full of flavour and so tasty I enjoy eating healthy I be done 6 months now with Shane and iv never been happier My progress pictures are unbelievable I m not bloated anymore and my overall performance in my training has peeked hugely If your looking to lose weight tone up or fuel properly for performance he s your man

Shane was recommended to me by a friend who achieved amazing results on his plan Shane is great for checking in and answering any questions you may have Shane is excellent at his job and very helpful and patient During my plan I pulled ligaments in my ankle which restricted my exercise but Shane was quick to point out I could still work on my upper body The plan is very doable with everyday foods in the diet
