I started with Shane in January and I couldn t recommend him enough I ve lost 8kg I eat clean and have my treats at the weekends His plan has changed my life completely I have so much more energy and have progressed so much with my fitness Shane is always only a text away if you need him and always updates the food so that your not eating the same thing all of the time I ve never been as happy to have come this far I feel great and have a much healthier approach to food

i have trained in many gyms around and i have met alot of good trainers but Shane stands head and shoulders above them all the way he approaches every aspect of training from nutrition to knowledge of every exercise and how the body functions under stress is nothing short of genius i can not recommend this young man enough whether you are beginning or a seasoned athlete you will learn something from Shane

I have always found it difficult to gain weight and muscle mass so this year I decided to contact Shane regarding a training and nutrition plan - it was one of the best decisions I ever made I have been working with Shane for the past few months and his knowledge on training and nutrition is second to none He outlined a plan for me that was specific to my needs and very easy to implement in my weekly schedule I have since added on 3kg reaching my highest ever weight and peak performance and felt much healthier happier and stronger in the process The check-ins are fantastic for helping you keep on track and everything about Shane s programme is of the highest standard As a martial artist I asked for specific exercises to my sport while gyms were closed Shane put together very detailed training plans for me during lockdown that I could do at home and then designed a new plan when gyms reopened He is extremely supportive patient and always gets back to me whenever I have questions I highly recommend working with Shane as he is the best in the business

Good quality service
I started with Shane 2 months ago to help me lose weight and get rid of bad habits from the start Shane was very professional sent me everything I needed to know to get me started provided me support on the tough days he explained how to track nutritional values guided me exactly on what I needed to eat to lose weight have enough energy to train I also continued to enjoy a few drinks after 2 months I drop 5kgs weight toned up but best of all I feel I have much more energy

It was so good for me to be accountable
It was so good for me to be accountable to Shane over the past 8 weeks In joining up to Shanes plan it was very tough for the first week or two to break old habits Shanes plan kept me grounded in sucseeding in his daily goals too help make all the difference in acheiving your mindset in realistic goal setting I would highly recommend Shanes plan he is full of knowlegde and he is very skilled in his coaching

Great trainer with great S C classes an excellent app that provides personal meal plans training videos and shows your progress Over a couple of months I dropped over 13kg improved my diet and got much fitter Shane alway kept in touch made easy changes and suggestions to keep me on track Would highly recommend talking to Shane if your preparing for a sporting event or just looking to get fitter and healthier

Ever since I have started with combat lab I ve felt my cardio and my mind have improve rapidly Even when I m in MMA fights or grappling fights i never get tired despite having nerves I never get tired as a result of the work I ve done with combat lab My mindset has changed a lot as a result of meditation and breathing exercises combat lab have given me If you are an MMA fighter or even any type of sport man or sport women I d highly recommend joining up with combat lab Very professional and will put their all into making sure you achieve your full potential
