I Started with Shane august 2022 and have not looked back since He has changed my outlook on food nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the journey My goal was weight loss and I ve lost nearly a stone and have toned up all down to his expertise and dedication I would highly recommend Shane he was always on hand and checking in to make sure I was doing ok and keeping on track or if I needed any advise he was there I m in the best shape I ve been in years since having a baby

I became a member of the combat lab almost 2 months ago and have notice massive improvements in my cardio and overall energy levels since then All thanks to Shane The app is full of information on many things such as food nutrition well being and many workouts with tutorial videos Anyone struggling with their fitness or diets etc I would highly recommend reaching out to Shane and joining up You will not look back Top class

Since I joined the combat lab I have noticed a increase in my athletic performance both in sport and the gym The app has a wide range of workouts to suit any schedule and any training level with detailed descriptions and video examples giving you all you need to get through each workout There is also a variety of food and dietary options that helped me better understand my own nutrition I recommend anyone who is looking to improve performance or to begin there fitness journey to get involved with Shane and the combat lab

The combat lab was very professional and very friendly Known I could as any question any time and not being judged was a big one for me as I feel like I can as the most stupid questions some times Shane was very good I ll gladly comeBack to him again when prepping for a fight again that involves a weight cut

Weight loss and improved BJJ performance

I m about 5 weeks in and have noticed significant results already I was given a comprehensive and easy to follow plan by Shane that covered nutrition and strength and conditioning I was also given a weekly training plan to follow In this short time I have noticed improvement on the mats my weight has dropped and I feel a lot stronger Also injury free which is a bonus as I have a neck and neurological issue Shane s always on hand to answer questions and give guidance on technique and improvements
