I couldnt recommend this plan enough
I couldnt recommend this plan enough I put on over a stone at the start of last year and no matter what I tried I couldnt shift it My mum told me about Lean and Learn and I am so happy I done it I have learnt soo much and have a better understanding about food macros ect You can adapt this around any lifestyle as I work long days and late nights but they teach you how to adapt your mindset and time You can also still enjoy your fave treats and not feel guilty The workouts are fun and there is so much support Highly recommend this plan over anything if you are looking to lose weight and get educated too

I joined The Fitness Guy a few years
I joined The Fitness Guy a few years ago and enrolled in the 10 Week Lean and Learn I can quite honestly say that the support guidance and motivation I got from the group was life changing The knowledge I learned coupled with my love for fitness enabled me to lose nearly 4 stone and lots of cms If you re looking for a change of lifestyle that fits in around a busy home life this is for you I continue to be a graduate in the group and have access to all of the workouts and recipes but most importantly I belong to a group of people who build each other up and champion one another Well done team TFG

The fitness guy
I took part in the 14 day fat furnace it was the perfect kick start I needed after being stuck in a rut if home working lack of motivation and spending too much time eating out if the biscuit box The work outs were short and fun abd the meals were so easy to make and really tasty Best 14 I have spent

TFG 14 Day Fat Furnace
I have just completed the TFG Fat Furnace challenge which lasted 14 days The recipes were really good and easy to make I am not one for exercising but the workouts were manageable and I enjoyed doing them There was two options of the workouts high and low intensity and always plenty of alternative exercises to make them easier Drinking 3lts of water fluids a day was the easiest part for me as I drink a lot of water anyway And the 14 000 steps a day was a challenge but I did that ever day I now get a better nights sleep and feel so much better for doing the challenge If anyone wants a kick start to becoming healthier and fitter I would highly recommend you do this There was always a lot of support and encouragement from Steve and also the other members on Facebook

Transform Supportive Achievable Programme
The Transform Programme has done exactly that - Transformed me I joined lacking in energy and confidence feeling like I was missing out on family fun always on the sidelines Since participating in this programme I ve lost weight lost cms but I ve gained confidence skills resilience and met some absolutely fantastic people Steve Jodie Lamorna Lisa and Jean are an incredible team they will help you to identify and meet any goals related to your health fitness and lifestyle and they have fostered an amazingly supportive group of incredible women who you can connect with in the Facebook group The fitness videos allow you to progress no matter your starting point with high and low intensity options the recipes are tasty and use normal everyday ingredients perfect for fitting in to family life I honestly can t recommend this programme highly enough - since joining my blood pressure has dropped from high to normal I ve taken part in fun runs with my family tried out paddleboarding gone to Landmark and joined in all the activities there - I feel like a part of my family again instead of a bystander and that is down to Steve and his amazing team You will not regret joining this programme

Excellent programmes huge choice of workouts to suit all levels of ability and menus to suit all tastes all updated regularly The enthusiasm and motivation which is passed on is second to none I have been with TFG for years and will never leave

I signed up for the 14 Day FF after having previously done the lean learn in 2018 It did not disappoint it s been a great kick start after lockdown to get back into better eating habits Easy to follow great simple tasty recipes and great support Can t recommend this enough

Amazing Results on 10 Week Lean Learn - Thanks Steve the team
I had piled on a few extra pounds over the last few years too many holidays abroad but could never quite muster the motivation to shift them During lockdown I was more active than I d ever been daily workouts and walks but my diet wasn t the best - I was baking regularly to relieve the boredom I signed up for 14 Day Fat Furnace in July and loved it - this was the kickstart and incentive I needed I carried on to the 10 week Lean Learn program and have learned so much about living a sustainable healthy life - the support and information provided by Steve and his team is 1st class and the positive comments I ve received from colleagues at work is an added bonus I feel great I m fitter than I ve been for a long time clothes are loose and I ve dropped a dress size I ve now signed up for the graduate program to continue this journey I can t recommend this program enough

Transform thoroughly recommend
Transform has been great for me I have been on the programme for about 6 months and while losing weight and getting fit was a goal it was also about being happy and more confident The programme supports you to achieve much more that Would thoroughly recommend if you want more than just to lose weight

The best kick start programme
The best kick start programme it s a tough 14 days but really gives you the focus and then motivation to carry on Yes exercises are cheesy but that s part of the enjoyment - much better to laugh when exercising it all adds to the feel good factor Love the recipes love it all Thank you Steve for doing it
