10 week lean and learn
I started lean and learn after several attempts to lose weight on various diets after the birth of my son I had done previous diets prior to pregnancy and lost weight but not this time I joined lean and learn and the knowledge I have gained helped me to make better choices I hated exercise but I now enjoy it still don t enjoy burpees I never felt hungry or deprived I have lost 16lbs and 40 cm in total dropped a dress size increased my fitness and flexibility Improved my sleep and my general health and well being in 10 weeks Before I joined lean and learn I couldn t imagine losing that weight I have made the decision to continue to lose weigh fat and tone up by joining the graduate programme as the support from the team is phenomenal Best health decision I have ever made
