I ordered an aftershave for my partner
I ordered an aftershave for my partner for Christmas I used asda click and collect service The parcel has gone missing apparently due to the tracking system I emailed customer service to get multiple automated emails I finally got one to say it s been delivered to store following another email to say they can t find the parcel track it So I don t think they even have a clue what s going on I m really annoyed as I m 60 down They are an awful company with an awful customer service team Awful at replies
