After a difficult start to their day

After a difficult start to their day shutters not working and waiting around for them to open we found it a pleasant experience staff helpful and cheerful helping us purchase our goods

The store assistant was very helpful and patient as I was selecting a new fragrance that my wife didn t have in her extensive collection What would have secured five stars would have been transparency when offering the discount card The 20 cost was not mentioned just the discount I could achieve that day amounting to just over 3

Tom Ford - Monks Cross York

Excellent and patient service by the young assistant at the Monks Cross branch as I wanted to try various Tom Ford fragrances before buying despite the shop being busy Although competitively priced over other vendors still overpriced for what you get - as is the way with all things in the uk

Easy site to use as gives price clearly for members Just I think when you spend a certain amount a free sample wouldn t go a miss as more sales might happen if someone likes the sample

I managed to get the perfume but felt there was too much given all at once instead of asking questions first on budget branding who the gift was for etc at one stage I had 20 sprayed cards and not named so I couldn t see the one I wanted We then had to start again with the samples on the cards named It was just try this one try this one Slow it down Thank you

Use to love this shop dont no wether changed in surplys or wot no samples stock low prices gone up even if buy says free gift there gone Started to boots or the perfume shop bit more now
