Guarantee worthless

Ordered an expensive men s fragrance and guaranteed delivery before Christmas Did not arrive before Christmas and has still not arrived checked tracking info and it has been sat in Birmingham since the 23rd December You would think if they advertised guaranteed delivery before Christmas they would have used a postal courier company that would deliver Emailed customer service and just told to wait 10 days Will never use company again and just stick to boots store from now on

It took way too long to deliver the package and there s no option for next day delivery

Unfriendly staff

Staff were very pre occupied with dealing with their partners that were in the store customers came second and my purchase seemed to be not important enough at the time They could learn the simple steps of customer interaction as well a simple hello and a smile would have improved the experience In summary very distracted staff a bit unprofessional and even unfriendly Just lucky it was a last minute gift and I didn t have the time to go somewhere else

The staff seemed uninterested and not very knowledgeable on products The queue was mis managed which resulted in queue jumping and rudeness from other customers The only saving grace was the price of the product I purchased as it was the more competitively priced against competitors I will shop here again but purely based on price and not service

Rude salesperson

It was very busy as it was near to Christmas but this is no excuse for poor service I bought some aftershave for my husband and paid on the card machine The lady serving me processed the payment and then just walked off to speak to her colleague no thank you no offer of a receipt no goodbye or anything Extremely rude I thought

No Customer Support

Ordered perfume for a Christmas present and for it to be wrapped as well The perfume arrived on time but it was not wrapped Raised this with them and asked for the wrapping to be refunded as it was too close to Christmas to change it Never heard back Got an email after Christmas asking me to send in a photo A - They obviously didn t believe meB - Why leave it so long to question it Poor service and support

I changed my mind with the perfume I brought I couldn t return it on the day because the system doesn t allow you too Don t know what kind of rubbish system this company has Luckily I am a UK resident and can pop back into a store if or when I m passing one The store assistant dismissed my question like it s common knowledge I should ve known Annoyed

Expensive

Bought Youth dew for my wife as it was in the sale but should have checked online first as I discovered it was 13 more expensive then online retailers So won t be shopping here again

I visited my local Fragrance Shop and found the lady server to be quite unfriendly When I asked for a sample of a scent she actually flung it onto the counter I asked her to work out my TFS discount and she seemed put out by this I was tempted to leave the shop and not even bother but I had little time on this occasion else I would have
