The lady was patient and very helpful in making me find an alternative fragrance since you had none of the fragrances I wanted

Not one for normally leaving a review unless it s 5 stars as I work in retail and understand how important a 5 star is However it was my 11 year old son making this purchase with his Christmas money and the experience was just okay at best

Team in Stratford were able to help me process my refund Had an issue with Click Collect feature and was able to repurchase the perfume in store and then cancel the one I ordered online as I needed the perfume

I wanted to buy a special present for my grand daughter as she is very special and she had travelled 10 000 miles to be with me for christmas The lady who served us was very caring and considerate and she spent ages helping my granddaughter to find a perfume that she really liked

Lottie - VG customer service in interaction terms a pleasure amidst the prevailing aromas - more importantly Product Knowledge excellent - an example a daytime use CK product no longer on front line - but a couple of products still in back store Had sought this CK product in many other places beyond Lincoln An excellent result for me KR Stevie
