Fabulous staff Dalton Park outlet My 14 yr old son loves his sents and they spent time with his as if he were and adult going through old and new sents He decided on a JPG one and als a YSL Thankyou to the 2 lovely women who were on shift couldn t thank them enough for the way they treat both my children xxx also very knowledgeable xxx

Great selection quick delivery and and easy process Also a really good idea to test different ones before I buy as perfumes can be costly so this makes sure I spend my money on what i want

The ladies in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful and the members discount helps when you are buying 3 bottles for 270 The 20 makes it even cheaper just over 210 also got 2 x20 off my next purchases Very happy with the info about discount and everything else I will be shopping again with this seller RegardsAddz

Can t comment on the fragrance as won t be used as yet Ordered on 5th of Jan delivery by Royal Mail on the 8th for me personally is much appreciated-although a signature required but I m WFH so not a problem on the 8th Easy ordering process

No pressure selling Very understanding and respective of my needs Great conversation on other topics other than fragrances I alway love dropping into the Bedford store I also get 20 off of all my purchases I have the unlimited bundle so I only purchase from TFS

TFS in Derbion Derby is my go to place for perfume shopping The staff there are patience friendly warm and welcoming I am known for purchasing many perfumes using my TFS membership so it s brilliant that staff there are able to work with me in finding the right perfumes The team there are great at helping me with my decisions however Shelley is an asset Her welcoming nature humorous personality and exceptional customer skills cannot be matched What s more she understands my scents A lovely team and genuinely an enjoyable shopping experience

The sales lady Laura was helpful and thorough in her search for a suitable scent or gift pack for me to buy The item I finally requested was not immediately available on the store shelf and Laura ordered it online to be delivered to my home It came as promised sooner than expected within 48 hours well packed and presented She was very positive and friendly making my visit to the store a happy one I have used this store before always with the same efficient and happy purchase Thank you Fragrance Shop I ll see you again RP
