A very smooth process from first contact through to booking I dealt with Wayne who was really responsive and he made some excellent suggestions to improve our holiday experience He was diligent in finding flights at the right price and overall was a pleasure to deal with I ve already recommended to friends

Excellent booking experience and even better holiday The price was actually the one advertised We were able to customise the route easily I made a mistake on the dates while getting a quote but it was no problem to re-quote on different dates - unlike most companies I ve dealt with where the price just keeps going up the new dates were slightly cheaper The trips included were excellent I loved the little touches such as a phone call to wish us a good trip Zoe was brilliant I thought the prices were very reasonable I did check the flights and hotels and they came to a similar price as the package so we effectively got 4 trips for free the backing of a travel agent if anything went wrong and far less hassle as they did all the booking

From the first conversation Victoria was so patient and understanding of our plans and adapted them easily as we came to our final plan with lots of tweaks along the way to find our perfect holiday We are heading to Australia to see our daughter but wanted a few stop offs en route Dubai Thailand Hong Kong Victoria has found us a fab adventure and remained so patient as we adapted our trip She was really helpful an absolute pleasure to speak to All that remains is pack our bags

An amazing tailored trip

What an amazing trip we have had on our USA music visit Jenny tailored it to suit our exact requirements making recommendations to suit and was quick and efficient We arrived back yesterday and it went like clockwork There is no way we could have booked a better experience for cheaper I can highly recommend and we will absolutely use Jenny again for our next big adventure
