I lost my money I bought an article for almost 70 it was for a gift so when I arrived I did not try it when the person who received my gift with great joy wanted to use it it was a surprise that did not work This was in another country so I had to bring it back and guess what I contacted customer service to get it changed and their first response was that I did not have any details of the purchase I sent them a screenshot of the order and then they told me they did not understand my claim to make a video I sent it and then I did not get it Any answer The frustration because nobody responds I lost almost 70 It is a little serious application take care of your money

CONSUMERS BE WARNED DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY This company offered a 3-day shipping option for 50 I chose this option when purchasing an item from them on 6 22 Then they said the item was pre-order only meaning it was not in stock I wrote the company and said that I still wanted to purchase the item but that they needed to refund the expensive three day shipping cost which again was an option that they accepted money for on their site EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS NOT IN STOCK The item was not delivered until 7 6 Four emails with their slow and lazy customer service later and they are REFUSING TO REFUND THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGE What kind of company would refuse to do the honorable thing under these circumstances All of this is documented and I will be leaving a negative review in search engine review sites as well as reporting them to BBB

The LA Shop says that it is located in the City of Industry CA I tried making a change to my order quickly and then found out that their customer support is in China which made them ship my order without the changes I requested

Worst customer service and inferior product

I purchased a towel warmer that was suppose to hold 10 towels and it was so small that it could only hold one towel not a spa towel either I purchased one as a gift and one for myself The gift was received first and the recepient asked me what Should they do with it since it was so small for Towels Mine arrived shortly after and I was embarrassed that I sent one as a gift I tried to get a credit back from them since it was not as they said even in the booklet inside the packaging Their customer service had a bad attitude and the return policy of charging the customer the return shipment and a restocking charge of 15 I will never purchase from them again Horrible attitude

Ordered an incubator from the shop Realized it wasn t what I needed and quickly tried to cancel my order They don t have a cancel or edit order button I immediately contacted customer service I emailed them and was stuck with a bot They don t answer their phone either It took them DAYS to respond and by the time they did my order had already shipped I responded to their email and they still haven t gotten back to me I filed a dispute on PayPal and it took them several more days to respond I sent the item back and haven t received my promised refund I have logged conversations and screenshots I m going to escalate this to a scam claim Don t trust this company

Terrible Customer Service

My order arrived with an important part missing Jamey in customer service said they would send me the missing piece if I could follow up in a few weeks once the part was back in stock Needless to say I have been following up for 6 weeks with not a single response This company is not certified with the BBB and is evident that they are straight up stealing from people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
