Update 2 Company has since sent out 2 replacement cables and apologised for the miss communication Seems they are trying to make a mends hopefully it can only get better from here Products were always great obviously just not the one that arrived damaged Best of luck in your future Shot my review up a couple stars ----------------------------------------Update 1 PayPal have looked into the case and gave me back 3 34 that I had asked for I worked out how much it cost for 1 of the pieces and requested that amount back Disgusting that I had to wait so many months and wasn t down to the company themselves to hand it over Would have liked a replacement but since they never wanted to communicate this was a better outcome Learnt my lesson and won t be buying from them again I did want to buy more for my family originally Lost a future customer and further sales ------------------------------------------Would rate 0 but won t allow1 of mine came broke in December and still no replacement or money back Disgusting customer service I just get ignored Their policy on the website says I can send a video photo of it broke and will get a replacement Yet I still have nothing Left it in the hands of PayPal now so fingers crossed
