Rubbish Not Item No replies

As per other customers have pointed out here 10 days later and no mesh They have not responded to emails and phone calls just ring forever so you give up Total lacklustre company run by inept people it seems Now having to go through PayPal to get my money back as they seem to think they can sell items and then not deliver Theives

Ordered mesh on 14th October and

Ordered mesh on 14th October and received email saying it would be delivered next day Tracking for Dx AWFUL Emailed and phoned Promised a replacement would be sent and would arrive next day Received message from DPD that my order had been cancelled Received text from DX saying it would be dead today Unable to track Phoned company who were also able to track Absolute disaster I needed this mesh urgently to finish an aviary I do not recommend this coming at all Amateurs who do not have a clue what they are doing Why say next day delivery when still not there a week later This company should no longer be in business They will probably blame this fiasco on COVID lol

Item never received

Item never received repeated attempts to contact the seller by email and phone have failed they do not respond absolutely horrendous service had to claim our payment back via paypal DO NOT USE the mesh company USELESS

Avoid other companies actually fulfil on time

Have been waiting 3 weeks for mesh that was supposed to be delivered within a week I have wasted plenty of time chasing them to be promised several replacements which never arrived either The tracking number supplied for the replacement was dated before they allegedly sent it out I would not use this company again and will submit a claim in due course

Awful seller

Awful seller Said he has posted items didn t arrive wouldn t send tracking info Said he would post again nothing received wouldn t send me any tracking again Said he would send a 3rd time I was asking for my money back by this point Further emails messages ignored Had to dispute through PayPal to get my 48 back Disgusting

Nightmare company to deal with

Nightmare company to deal with mesh roll ordered wasn t shipped phoned them directly five times took ten days to arrive caused great inconvenience as had to postpone installer several times the mesh was needed urgently due to rat infestation You have been warned

Totally unreliable

Ordered twice from this company in March 2020 First order delivered late despite promise of next day delivery second order delivered late again - this time with missing mesh as ordered two pieces at same time Numerous phone calls and emails made through March into April all unanswered Only when threatened with a dispute through Paypal did the director finally respond He promised a full refund but after weeks of waiting nothing Had no choice but to raise dispute with Paypal who decided in my favour in late May 2020 Save yourself months of hassle and do not use Believe the poor reviews I wish I did

Dreadful - avoid

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered Like many before order placed payment taken they immediate emailed an invoice and comment that your order is complete Then nothing No delivery No communication They answered the phone once but couldn t tell me the order status because of system issues The phone just rings and rings with no response Sadly I am the latest in a long line of people who have suffered the same fate Dispute raised with Paypal for a refund Disgraceful people Update after I raised a complaint with Paypal I finally received an email from Mesh asking if I had received the product who doesn t track shipments these days - I m almost certain never shipped Then a final mail apologising can only assume lost in transit coupled with we have had to temporarily close due to 2 cases of covid we ll refund you when we are back That was 2 weeks ago and no further contact and no refund Happily Paypal have now judged the dispute in my favour and have refunded me Without doubt the worst business I have ever dealt with
