The same as everyone else here ordered two of the single roses for my mother and my partner One arrived on time no replies since to my emails requesting the other be sent Didn t even ask for a refund will be contacting my bank to claim back the entire amount if no reply

Complete let down

Paid extra for a service and product but to my surprise the order failed to arrive Today its past 2 days past scheduled delivery and David claims when or if the order arrives than to refuse delivery and will issue full refund Misleading advertisement and paid for insurance but company and after service complete let down Thanks for ruining my day with my partner

They Don t Care One Bit

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend on her Birthday They took my money I confirmed the order confirmed they were paid I called the day of to make sure the delivery was going out and they said they have no record of a delivery going out They didn t apologize for their mistake they didn t offer refund they didn t offer to rush the flowers They just didn t care at all Then the lady on the phone hung up on me 3 times and then ignored me for an hour before somebody else picked up I asked for a refund immediately Never again will I use this company They are terrible and don t care one bit about ruining somebody special occasion

These people have the ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICES I paid for an order almost two weeks in advance to be delivered on valentines day I contacted them over a week in advance to have the delivery address changed only to be contacted 2 days before valentine day and told I could not change the delivery address Knowing this is a valentines day delivery they send to a location where no one is there to recieve the gift so guess what know Gift ia not recieved on valentines day Totally defeats the purpose please send my money back

Absolute 5h t show

I ordered some flowers for valentines day and paid 16 for expedited delivery It s now the 23rd March 6 weeks later and they still have not made an appearance Customer service is woeful No offer of refund but after weeks of trying to get a response I got offered a credit note - which whilst very ironic infuriated me further This company is a scam Do not order from here - choose a UK based delivery company I ve lost over 100 and still have no sight of it returning

I ordered a bouquet of roses for Mother s Day which was not cheap a month before the holiday I was taking into account the busy holiday for Flower companies and this was my first purchase Not only did the Flowers not arrive in time for Mother s Day they arrived damaged I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company and received no answer except through text messages This is unacceptable on so many levels from a business standpoint Please take care when ordering from this company I will not shop here again

Tried to purchase before checking on trustpilot Upon competing my bank alerted me that is a potential fraud and asked me to call ASAP and had the transaction cancelled thank goodness After reading the reviews here I am pleased that my back detected a dodgy activity with the side Phew
