Tim has helped me with a variety of running injuries over the past couple of years and has helped me overcome them all He s always enthusiastic and positive and his ability to find the source of every problem and create a tailored programme to fix it has made rehabilitation much less stressful and more enjoyable

Tim is professional and caring in his manner and clearly very passionate about what he does He is very knowledgable and checked through each stage and exercise with me helping me to understand what my body was doing and what it should be doing The exercises given progressed with each session and sorted out my stiff shoulder well He included tips about how to carry out my everyday activities in a way that would benefit my shoulder more He also helped with aspects of my movement that weren t to do with my shoulder - noticing my wonky hips and showing me exercises to help with that as well as helping me to rebuild my core strength following a caesarean section I would recommend Tim to anyone

Tim is an excelent professional I have hernia of disk L5 and S1 and I been 2 months on the bed without walking Tim with his profissional and patience he helped me with the tratament and now I am having a normal life I recomend him He is excenlent

I can t recommend Tim enough He s a true professional in his field friendly caring easy to talk to and he s been instrumental in my recovery from a turf toe injury After the NHS failed to identify what was wrong with my foot and refused to see me due to Covid I resorted to searching for help online and I am so glad I did In just 30 minutes after a thorough assessment via Zoom Tim diagnosed my injury and put together a full recovery plan I started seeing and feeling improvements within the first week It took me a few months to fully recover but with Tim s support and assurance throughout the rehab process I knew I was going in the right direction His recommended exercises were safe effective and I could easily complete them at home without any special equipment I am now able to move my toe hike and enjoy yoga as I did pre-injury I ve even climbed to the summit of Snowdon without any issues all thanks to Tim s exceptional service

I would recommend Tim He is professional friendly and caring I was a bit sceptical of an online consultation however I was wrong The diagnosis and the exercises were spot on and me knees recovered Tim also gave additional advice on footware and office chairs etc - all things that were helpful for exercising properly and also working from home during the pandemic Thanks a lot Tim

I contacted Tim after breaking my Fibula because the NHS would not offer me any Rehab The treatment has been excellent and I am now back to running regularly Tim was very accommodating with the times of our sessions since I work in the USA and Canada I can not recommend him enough and Online Physio appointments are a fantastic way of providing treatment

I contacted Tim after an old issue in my foot flared up which made walking normally an issue He was quick to diagnose the problem on our initial call and provided a complete treatment plan with regular checkups and adjustments as I healed I was concerned that receiving treatment online would be a poor substitute for in person consultations But I m happy to report that Tim professional approach made the remote sessions highly beneficial and quickly had me walking normally again

Tim was excellent at developing a structured rehab programme for my Achilles As an avid runner Tim has supported me on the road to recovery and has given me the tools to ensure I maintain the strength in my ankle for the future Tim offers a highly profressional service is very approachable and supportive and I can t recommend his services enough The online model really worked well for me on a number of levels and the App is very useful for timing your rehab stretches exercises tracking progress and watching videos to remind you how to do new exercises added to your programme throughout your treatment
