Recovery from shoulder bursitis

Tim has been amazing helping me through rehabilitating my shoulder as I had bursitis from playing tennis He has a great manner and superb knowledge on the matter He is quick to make sure programs he suggests work for you and is always open to finding alternatives I wouldn t hesitate recommending him

Best physiotherapist around - all online

Tim was fantastic in providing me with a plan on reducing my lower back pain and ankle rehab Best of all we did it online without having to get out of the house - which was very handy during lockdowns but I think it s a no brainer anyway He really knows what he s doing and is very knowledgeable in his field Would highly recommend and there s not much to lose as he does a free 10 min consultation

Especially for busy people the online physiotherapist provides online appointments that work around my schedule Definitely recommended

Tim has helped me through 2 bouts of injuries surgeries - post my third shoulder surgery and with ongoing calf pain that was affecting my everyday life He remotely diagnosed and treated the latter providing a flexible schedule of follow-ups that worked around my jobs Throughout he continued to listen and offer advice for any shoulder concerns and tried hard to guide my physio towards my fitness goals He understands my hypermobility but also doesn t allow every issue to revolve around that as if it can t be solved - each injury is a reason to work on something and find other root causes to be corrected

Absolutely brilliant

Tim was absolutely brilliant so helpful and practical with his approach to helping resolve my problem We zoomed in the middle of the pandemic when this was the best way for me to tackle the problem and with a carefully constructed and detailed set of exercises and suggestions I quickly got rid of all the pain Highly recommend to anybody

Great online physiotherapist experiences

I ve worked with Tim exclusively online and had extremely positive experiences I felt very confident Tim was correctly able to diagnose my problems I ve had multiple thanks to my continued attempts at running too much and the convenience of being able to meet Tim in my own home over video call meant I was actually able to do the follow up consultations Tim takes the time to work with me on rehab programs that I ll actually follow adjusting them during the follow ups and meant I ve been able to get back to running each time The app he uses for guiding and tracking the physio exercises includes easy to follow instructions and video to make sure I m doing it right I hope not to have to speak with Tim again but he ll be my first call when I next need physio

Tim is a great guy with lots of energy and immediately makes you feel relaxed and confident that he knows what he is talking about His relaxed manner takes control of the situation and lets you know what has happened what he will do and gives you guidance for help in the future to negate such injuries as well as deal with the injuries for a speedy recovery Top quality

Tim is an amazing physio

Tim is amazing I d wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing physio He knows what he s talking about explaining things in an easy to understand way and really listens to fully engage in giving you the help you need I have a prosthetic right arm so when I needed physio for my left arm he took great care to give me exercises that were adapted to what I could manage with my prosthetic arm I thought my arm would never be OK again but Tim worked wonders I m now as good as new Can t thank him enough he s a complete star

Tim helped me get back to full strength after suffering an elbow dislocation and subsequent weakness and pain Having sessions that work around my commitments and without needing to travel is incredible Thank you

Tim is a skilled physiotherapist professional thorough attentive good at what he does and passionate about helping his clients He really helped me out with shoulder and back issues Not only did he aleviate the immediate pain but also considered the underlying causes for this and advised me with how I could address these He is practical in the exercises that he sets He provides you with access to an easily accessible online platform to help with the exercises and he was thorough in his assessment and formulation of my physical difficulties I would certainly recommend him

Physio for my son

Physio for my son after football injury Managed to identity the issue and get him to do some rehab despite a very reluctant child first serious sport injury Tim was able to schedule appointments quickly at convenient times after school Would not have been able to get NHS appointment that quickly My so is back on track now
