ZARA has been amazing and we are so glad that we chose to sell our house with OPA From our first meeting through to completion we felt that she really understood our needs and helped us to move quickly We feel that Zara gave us excellent advice regarding the sale price and she was proactive friendly and professional Highly recommend

I would give 0 stars They ask for their fees upfront even before a survey or valuation and if you ask questions about the property they become rude seems like a scam Owner and agent are in this together I would think their main business is keeping the fees they charge without selling any property Stay Away UPDATE they have now left a stupid message on my business profile about my relationship looks like the truth hurts

Take upfront fees before any research or information can be looked into Very risky to try and purchase any property The agent will pester you until you pay a fee Would definitely stay away much better ways to make money than be scammed

These are fraudsters Something is not right with this company and I m not sure how they are allowed to get away with this con All they care about is their exclusivity fee Once you pay this you re on your own really They were so pleasant at the beginning and the attention and the way they appeared to be listening to my needs made them appear like professionals I was receiving updates and calls even after office hours through calls watsapp chats emails trying to convince me to commit to the deal but the moment I paid that exclusivity fee that was it No one was ever available to take my call My solicitor couldn t contact the vendors the lenders couldn t contact anyone to book the survey and deadline they set for the exclusivity came and passed The whole experience was just unbelievably unprofessional If you re a buyer please stay away Update Yes I have not used my real name but you know exactly who I am Zara Thomas I lost 8 000 to you guys and I would strongly advise others to stay away from you and your fraudulent model of business where everything is dandy until you get hold of the person s money and then you reveal your true colours hiding behind small print

Absolutely awful service and communication ignored calls texts and emails from Zara After exploring other reviews on trust pilot it appears this is a regular occurrence Very poor service

The worst agency ever Horrible service Once they sign you up they just disappear They have been avoiding calls messages emails for 2 months now They have advertised my property incorrectly it s a freehold building but they put it under flats so it doesn t even show in searches I have been trying to contact them for two months and they don t even answer anything The worst experience ever

Zara is the most ignorant individual I have ever come across in my life She is rude and very unprofessional It s almost impossible to get hold of her The business needs to shut down

Dont think these agents want to sell houses called about a house in wocster Lady was fairly inattentive on the phone said she would call me back about a viewing never took my phone number or email

Do not deal with this company if you re renting or buying Rented a property with them and upon moving out they ve decided to withhold my deposit for no reason Reached out to them on multiple occasions and I ve received nothing but silence on their part I ve had to take further steps because it seems as though this is something they ve done and gotten away with before - but they definitely won t be doing that with me I ve also realised that a lot of the positive reviews on here are actually fake If you want to do anything with this agency please do your thorough research and be very diligent Had issues with them from the get-go of moving into the property ignored it and now I regret having done that If I could give less than a star I would

I lost over 7000 by trying to a purchase a property which wasn t fully mortgageable due to dry rot and Zara s attitude once this became apparent was despicable and rude Please stay away from this strange set-up some of the properties they have for sale are owned by the estate agent or associates which they inflate with enticing yields or simple overpricing Please do read the description of their adverts thoroughly as they state some of their properties for sale are owned by associates P S Please stay away if it s too good to be true then it is This isnt a fake review as per the response please just stay away from this set-up As parting advice I would state always look at comparables in the area and understand that if anyone is pressuring you like Zara did to me then please do back away This agents approach might be legal but no way is it moral or ethical
