A really great experienceRead some reviews which I now realise

Read some reviews which I now realise could not have been about this site as the Outlet Shop were impeccable in everything they promised and indeed delivered On time a great product and a great price Am extremelly ahppy and would not hesitate to use them again

First time customer

Website was simple to use and checkout process efficient Company had product awaiting collection by Royal Mail for a day or two which is frustrating as I paid extra for quicker delivery In all order Wednesday evening and was delivered Tuesday Happy enough Product and communication from company was excellent

Fast Delivery and great product

Needed to replace my headset and found the Plantronics RIG 400HS on this website Headset performs lot better than expected and even had delivery within 2 days which in the current climate was very much appreciated Thank you

Just straight talking shop focussing on specialised products

Really liked their service just straight to the point and no nonsense I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy A51 and it was as they were described Also their option to be able to pay with Klarna was good as well I like that they are focussing on specific products and not trying to sell every electronic gadget in the market Means they can offer some good and competitive prices Will buy again

Amazing

Ordered two items on two separate occasions Both arrived sooner than expected and were in perfect condition This was my first experience using this store and I would definitely use them again I was a bit nervous at first as not only was this the first time but also because the items ordered were gifts Can t wait to buy the rest of my tech from here

I ordered a Dali Katch Portable

I ordered a Dali Katch Portable Wireless Battery Powered Bluetooth Speaker Which by the way is awesome The product was delivered in 2 working days and is spot on The package was open but inside the product is 100 new and unused untouched condition The speaker which retails for about 330 was on sale at the outletshop for 199 Also I got an extra 10 off for subscribing to their mail list I forgot to type in the code and they refunded me the 10 Brilliant Great comms over email - will be checking here next time I purchase something like this Would recommend them

First Class Amazing

After a disastrous attempt with widget geeks in trying to buy an iPod I saw one for sale with the outlet shop I cannot rate them highly enough they deserve so much more than 5 stars I spoke with Kate to check they still had the iPod touch she was amazing even listened to my tale of woe with the other company As promised the iPod arrived the following day by special delivery Extremely well packed and new and sealed in the box The outlet shop will be my first stop if I need a new phone iPad or laptop they are truly amazing and a pleasure to do business with I would happily recommend this company

Excellent comms and painless refund

I had to return an item that I had ordered in error as it was not the exact model I was after The mistake was entirely mine I emailed The Outlet Shop to let them know and they replied within 24 hours on a Sunday Their comms were excellent and the refund experience was painless I received a full refund via PayPal on the same day they received the returned item I could not recommend The Outlook Shop more highly

Speedy delivery and exactly what I had ordered

Speedy delivery and exactly what I had ordered although finding the battery pack already in the camera was unexpected and threw me at first It was an already opened camera Allowing thirty days to try the camera out is really good Delivered on the correct day and packaged well

Perfect product at greatly reduced price

Needed a second Apple TV and didn t want to pay a fortune The Outlet shop had a refurbished model at a greatly reduced price I was a little sceptical at first as I have never used this company before and seemed to good to be true but it wasn t It arrived on time looks brand new excellent service delivered promptly Definitely use them again
