Would advise against buying pink cover Easily marked and colour distorts after use I need to buy another one and will prob get navy blue as do like the smart screen info

Delivery was via RM which is reassuring

Delivery was via RM which is reassuring item described as new however it came just in the packaging holder with no outer wrapping so it could be replaced with a non-genuine item if wanted overall I m happy with case it seems new unused and genuine New to me is with the original seal in tack wasn t for that Outlet Shop would get a 5 star rating as it was a reasonable offer with free standard delivery

Where is the customer service

Where is the customer service No contact email on website and says to tweet or Facebook to get in touch I ve sent 2 tweets about a product over the past few weeks which goes ignored I only want to know if it s a genuine product from Google before I buy They tweet random things so are using the account but evidently they don t need my money Shame Update Even though in their reply theoutletshop have suggested it was a different company it is the same company After my original review they replied to be on Twitter apologised that my questions had gone ignored and gave me the information on a particular product

Was really pleased when I found this

Was really pleased when I found this battery for my Pure radio on your site 18th Oct as Pure themselves where showing out of stock However after paying for delivery to be tracked by Royal Mail I then receive a message to say being delivered by Hermes on 21st 4pm-6pm but it didn t arrive Then receive message this morning 22nd Oct to say there had been a delay in delivery Then later I received message to say had been delivered at 12 19 on 22nd Oct well certainly not to us When I checked on proof of delivery photo it had been left at no 46 next door but neighbour wasnt in Certainly not impressed by this Hermes courier how many other deliveries will he have left at the wrong door today

Good item at a good price

Good item at a good price - cheaper than Amazon Delivery was reasonably quick and not expensive However the parcel packaging was a bit inadequate just bubble wrapped envelope and the product s box was slightly damaged squashed because of this

Bargain

I havnt tried them yet as they are a gift but I m hopeful they will work fine the box looks good anyway all the codes on the back match up with my own pair and are the UK version and the seal isn t broken or anything These were 50 less than anywhere else i could find them They arrived much sooner than expected too so thank you Overall I m happy with the earbuds and would buy from these again
