Easy access we display and features great Delivery was magnificent Only thing that was a slight downer is if they can take down sold out products in time But am definitely shopping there from now on

First class service genuine item

I was looking for a genuine Samsung phone wallet case I found the one I wanted on Amazon but it was 47 99 I clicked on the store name on the Amazon site and the exact same item direct from the Outlet store was 29 99 with free delivery I ordered it and it was delivered a day earlier than estimated and I was kept informed of the delivery status along the way this was my first time using this supplier but definitely not my last

First class customer service Never used this company before and was dubious to order from them as hadn t heard the name before either but they had the product I needed so went for it My order arrived in reasonable time but they had sent me the wrong item great Sent a message to customer services got a reply with apologies and said they would sort out a replacement The correct item arrived literally the next day as they sent it special delivery Fantastic service Mistakes happen but the way a company resolves it says a lot

Happy with price service

The product was exactly as described a new 256GB 7G Ipod Touch in its original packaging with factory seals Delivery was faster than promised The price was not much more than you could pay for a reconditioned product on Amazon You can get them a little cheaper from suppliers in China but I would rather buy from a supplier with a UK address to ensure that I would have recourse in the event of a problem Happy with the price and the service from this retailer

Good first experience from a slightly obscure site

Like others I hadn t heard of The Outlet Shop but found what I was looking for for less than elsewhere Package arrived within two days and the item is great Packaging was minimal but no damage so no complaints The products on the site appear a bit random and probably change a lot but I ll come back again to have a look around

Excellent service and product

Normally buy at Apple shop but was disappointed that my latest silicone case only lasted just over warranty period As such was delighted to find an Apple Case at a more acceptable price from The Outlet Shop When I contacted them via email I had an extremely quick reply I will definitely use this company again
