I was slightly confused about the process of online check-in for flights booked through TC but the whatsapp chat with people in the office was very helpful and I got the two flights registered with EasyJet and Ryanair

I contacted Thomas Cook after me making an error on my booking for a surprise break for my wife s birthday The advisor Ibrahim could not have been more helpful The problem was resolved within a short time All the flight details as well as the hotel bookings were rearranged The help I was given was amazing

Following a slight issue with a holiday booking we contacted Thomas Cook via their online Chat facility The chat facility very straightforward to use and their advisor Stefka was both friendly and professional She kept us informed throughout the process and I am pleased to say she 100 resolved the problem
