It was the second time we booked a ticket via Ticketgum and everything was perfect For the first time we were a bit nervous about getting the tickets for the game but three days before the match the home-printed tickets arrived The second time we received the e-tickets two days before the game and the entry went quickly and smoothly

Initial contact with Eddie was very professional Decided to go ahead and purchase 4 tickets for Arsenal v Crystal Palace on 19 3 We travelled from Spain so we had airfares transport and hotels to pay for So our outlay was big I was a bit concerned about the delivery of the E-ticket as they didn t arrive until 7 am on the day of the game We received updated emails prior to the receipt which allayed the fears We had superb seats and everything was superb Would not hesitate to use again Would probably use more if the prices were a bit lower Thanks Eddie

Booked a ticket 18 hours prior to the match I was worried if I will get the ticket in time but the team was exceptional responsive and provided the ticket before time It was a really good experience I highly recommend Ticketgum for future purchases

I must say I was a little hesitant at first buying from any website other than the official team s one but the process was really smooth Managed to chat to the staff via live chat before booking my tickets to see what the best seats would be I did not receive the tickets until the same day but they have clearly stated on their website you can get the tickets up to two hours before the match Received it the morning of the match which had clear instructions They even sent messages on the day to ensure that if I had any difficulty then we could get in touch via WhatsApp or email Good to know that there was support on the day especially as it was Boxing Day On top of all that our team won so overall a great day at Old Trafford Long side gold gave us a great view and well worth the price Would definitely recommend again
