I do not recommend this cattery and I wish I could give it zero stars They lost our beloved family cat Fizz and she still hasn t been found To say that this has been an awful experience for my family would be an understatement Fizz who had never been away from home before was lost within just one week of staying here Despite there being multiple doors between the enclosure and the outside they told my family she managed to escape It s clear that a tremendous amount of negligence went into them losing her If you care about your pets I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this establishment It s one thing for a cattery to fall short on amenities or customer service it s an entirely different matter to lose someone s family member due to an extreme lack of care and attention To make matters worse their recent responses have been dismissive and show a continued lack of accountability adding further distress to an already painful experience Their handling of this situation both during and after has been deeply disappointing
