Very poor customer service refused to collect items even though the error was with their staff
I would advise avoiding this company asked for an item not shown on website - I had a call back from an adviser who said they could do the item I was looking for and they would give me a price - after holding on the phone a price was given - I thought this was a little low and questioned the product was what I was looking for - 3 times during the conversation I checked regarding the product I was looking for - when the goods arrived 3 days later they were wrong - I emailed the company the next day to advise this - I then have had a series of emails and an augmentative representative of the company on the phone trying to blame me I think they should just check the enquiry form log for that information long and the short of it is I am stuck with a box of till rolls costing me 28 more than my regular supplier buyer beware
