We had an amazing experience with Tiny Tents Sleepovers for my kid s birthday The tents accessories and decorations were spotless and full of thoughtful touches Communication was excellent making the process smooth The service was professional friendly and punctual creating a memorable celebration Highly recommend their themed setups for a special occasion

From the ordering through to collection I cannot fault this company We ordered two tents for a Christmas surprise for our sons when Lapland was cancelled This surprise did not disappoint Hayley has been excellent at communication throughout Her husband who delivered all the goods was professional friendly and went through everything with a fine tooth comb Putting us at ease about how to set everything up All the goods were exceptionally clean and well cared for All in their own little pouches to help make the set up as easy as possible Hayley then checked in to make sure we were all ok and offered exceptional customer service by offering to FaceTime if we needed to make sure it was all set up for the boys Honestly this is one of the best things we have done for our children and we will most definitely be doing this again They loved it and this company is excellent Wholeheartedly recommend

Thoroughly impressed with Alec at Tiny Tents Their teepees made my son s birthday one to remember and are such a good idea in lockdown Everything was delivered socially distanced and spotlessly clean It was all impeccably organised which made set up easy too There were many little touches which made it extra special such as themed cushions teddies blankets and accessories Excellent service and company and we highly recommend them

What can I say firstly it was an absolute pleasure to meet Zara and Conor this weekend The tent set up was amazing Zara was there for any questions we had along the way and when the amazing tent set up came amazingly organised I might add it was just incredible My daughter had the best birthday weekend She hasn t stopped talking about it Thank you so much A company I will recommend over and over and will look forward to using again Thanks guys

Zara has been really quick to respond to my messages and really friendly The tents arrived as planned the tents and accessories came beautifully packed and clean with full instructions on how to set up there is hardly any set up The attention to detail with accessories is amazing it looks fabulous and my 11 year old is so pleased And all at a really good price Thank you

I booked 5 Wizard themed tents for my daughters 10th birthday at the beginning of July with Hayley from the Harefield branch She was super helpful and friendly from the outset and the quality and attention to detail of the equipment was superb Hayley s husband who delivered and collected the equipment was also a star and I would recommend this husband and wife team anytime

Excellent company impeccably run there s nothing they haven t thought of to create the perfect sleepover scene We had a mixed sex party for our 8 year old with two themes rose gold and football and both were absolutely perfect All felt very clean great quality and very friendly and helpful service from Zara Conor Would definitely recommend and use again
