Wow beyond EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wow Hayley and Ollie were amazing from start to finish my kids had a brilliant time with the tippie tents both hayley and ollie were so friendly and always on call when I needed them Their service was beyond any expectations I had It was the best thing I could have done for my kids and also the best customer service I ve ever received I highly highly recommend them they cover alot of area so please do get in touch with them They are just brilliant and nothing I can say can do justice for the exceptional service I received by them both THANK YOU SO MUCH HAYLEY AND OLLIE I ll defo have you again in the near future xxx

Fantastic service

We had a fantastic wizard themed sleepover party with tiny tents Emma was very responsive and gave us a one hour time slot on the day which was very helpful as we were surprising my daughter Emma brought everything in quickly and it was all clean neatly organised and in great condition It was simple to set up and I loved putting it all together with the special little themed touches that Emma provided for us My daughter and her friends couldn t believe how cool it looked and loved their sleepover They will have lasting memories from such a great party which wouldn t have been half as good without tiny tents I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back next time Thanks so much Emma

Tent hire for sleepover birthday party

Used this company for my daughters 11 birthday party Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating when I had to change the drop off arrangements at the last minute The tents and decorations were beautiful and I appreciated the tips on setting it all up Would definitely recommend It made the birthday really special

Granddaughters sleepover

I hired out these tents from Hayley a couple of weeks ago and I can honestly say it was the most wonderful experience to share with my granddaughters From the minute I contacted Hayley she was there to answer my questions send photographs and was generally so helpful and accommodating The tents and cushions with the rest of the accompanying decorations were packed so that I knew where everything went Setting up was so easy and everything was clean The tents looked so beautiful and inviting We had a wonderful weekend together and the Bestie tent was big enough for me to sleep in with my granddaughters and comfortable too Thank you so much Hayley and Ollie Will definitely be contacting you again

Amazing sleepover

It s the second time we use this company to celebrate our daughter s Birthday and I cannot fault them Everything is clean beautiful and Zara and Conor are fantastic sending complements like fairy lights flowers tea lights lots of cushions and details that make the tents look amazing Just the look on the girls faces when they saw the room with the tents all beautifully decorated it s worth organising a sleepover like this They are easy to set up and break down and they provide you with instructions just in case you need a hand I didn t need to look at them as they are really simple to work out Thank you for making our daughter s Birthday so especial
