AVOID this company
Placed an order the 7th September it says 14 delivery it is now been 1 month I haven t received a phone call or e mail to let me know when my item will be delivered I have phoned company at least 20 times and still don t know where my item is this is the worst customer service I have received I am now going to have to go to bank and ask them to help get my money back I would advice to stay away from this companyIt is now the 23rd of October and still haven t received my item haven t had a phone call of any contact from this company Can only be a fraud company going to have to report to my bank please do not buy from this company

Where to begin with this company The worst customer service - Item arrived missing parts Not a rare issue it would seem from the other reviews They use a company called Dascher who are useless - contacted them on the day of delivery to notify them of this Despite this the missing part took them over a week to send It took them 3 days just to do a stock check to see if they were in stock after I was told it had been processed already Just constant delay after delay At no point was it considered anything near a priority - even to keep me in the loop Considering the item was a high value item you d think they d be more helpful The staff I spoke to would be really hard to get a straight answer from At one point I asked for the price of the missing items and was told the dimensions Just constant either ignoring or giving random dates that would come and go with no word Every time i got a response it was after me chasing They absolutely did not care - Asked for tracking information the following week when they eventually said it had been sent Ignored Received tracking another week later after chasing them over and over again 2 weeks after I had first contacted them about it Tracking information provided was a screenshot of their backend system in spanish no way to know what the actual code was or where to enter it Asked them who the delivery company was ignored again - I was told the missing parts delivery would be 5-6 days It ended up taking nearly 3 weeks My emails asking for a refund were ignored When I eventually found out the item was stuck at customs through my own figuring out I was told the sender had not included any forms of documentation that it needed to to get it through customs Not only this but they had entered the wrong post code and wrong phone number The whole process took around a month from me realising there was missing parts until i actually received the parts Initial delivery itself was a month also so we re talking 2 months to receive the item in its entirety Now i have received the missing parts they are absolutely battered and not in a good condition But having to deal with their customer service again I have decided to just suck it up and deal with it Honestly if you re looking to buy gym equipment in the UK go with Mirafit or Strength Shop I ordered items from these companies and had absolutely no issues and very good customer service Titanium Strength use a third party who stock the items which just causes huge delays they are also useless and their customer service couldn t arrange a p up in a brewery

Do not buy things from this company
Do not buy things from this company they have sen t me a defected product and now are trying for me to pay for new pieces there is also no means of communicating besides sending an email and waiting days for a response

Don t even think about buying from here
Order on the 29th of July On the website it say 5 to 10 business days took them 2 months to get it out to me When I got it was damaged and not only that it was missing half the stuff Which I had to wait an additional 2 months for I had to wait over 4 months and they gave me 80 compensation There customer service is possible the useless thing I have ever experienced in my life They don t pick they tell you soon instead of a date and they straight up lie All they do is blame something else but don t know how this is my fault or my problem Spoke to there manager Alex completely useless and rude

Equipment OK customer service is woeful
Please think very carefully before ordering from this company You may well regret your decision if you do I ordered a multi gym back in early November 2020 and was promised delivery before Xmas of course that didn t happen When it eventually arrived in January 2021 the equipment seemed fine and we paid the additional amount to get it set up When it was delivered part of the equipment that was shown on the website failed to materialise and Titanium just said it was not part of the deal Seemed strange to me We then had an issue with the rowing arm where the cable that allows it to manoeuvre became detached I asked Titanium on numerous occasions to come and fix replace the part which they promised to do but never did I took action via Paypal to get a refund and have had confirmation today that will happen The equipment seemed fine although I believe its just a badged Revolution multi gym not made by Titanium They are a Spanish company and it has proven extremely difficult to get them to respond as you would expect
