Shipping was a bit delayed but it was a few days before Christmas so it s understandable I m using the phone I purchased from them to type this review So far so good Xperia is not sold in Australia and they offered the best price I can find online

Despite a little problem of shipping delay the team managed to help me get the camera on time the price was excellent and the service great Surely I ll buy again some accessories for the camera in future

The site could definitely do with an update and abit more thorough details especially if you re paying for a 3000- 4000 piece of hardware equipment but to my surprise after making an impulse purchase due to the fact that the prices are so good on this site after about 3 weeks my product did come - shipped straight to my door without any tax duties as i live in the UK I spent time emailing the company back and forth in which they replied every single day within a couple of hours they did ask for my passport and proof of address but besides that i recieved the Sony fx3 i bought in completely new condition So if you re looking to save and don t mind a couple emails and a wait This is a legit site couldn t find any decent reviews on here so thought i d save you

Best place to buy a phone Fourth time I have used T-Dimension and every time they have been the cheapest and never let me down This time delivery was delayed a little by the courier but T-Dimension were in touch throughout and gave great support Phone was exactly as described and works perfectly Always the first place I look when I need a new phone

I was helped every step of the way Very easy to communicate with Fast responsive and responsible They might ask you for proof of identity if you spend a lot of money with them I would introduce the same protocol if my business had to refund an expensive order because an identity thief made the purchase In the end it s the business that has to cover costs

Second Time Buyer

This is my second time buying through T-Dimension and the service was excellent The packaging was exceptionally protective for the phone they actioned the order directly and was delivered extremely quickly in the lead up to Christmas They also used shipping carriers which were faster than others during that time I waited an extra 2 weeks for delivery of a phone case through Spigen but the phone had arrived in a matter of days due to superior logistics choices All combined with excellent value for the phone there is no fault in their service or product
