Don t buy your light bulbs from TLC

Wanted to change out all the bulbs in the house to led 2 box s 10 GU10 equivalent to 35 Sold 3 small screw mushroom for 14 Didn t ask for dimmable All in probably 20 more than if I had shopped around Won t be going back 28 09 23 - Thank you for your response Rob Too late I have already put the bulbs in But to highlight my point A pack of 10 GU10 rated bulbs from one of your high street competitors Screwfix and a better energy rating is 11 98 TLC price 17 63 Osram Reflector R50 60W Dimmable SES Bulb currently 2 99 at Robert Dyas TLC price 5 76 Lucky the guy who sold me these bulbs told me you didn t do an equivalent GU5 3 LED bulb which you do so at least that saved me a few pound TLC prices are high and the customer service is sadly lacking

Competitive prices but terrible customer service Faulty product was delivered and they refused to exchange it I wouldn t ever use this company again

The light will not log in

My comments refer to this particular LUTEC product not TLC who have and are trying to be helpful TLC s effort is worth 4 out of 5 stars The light will not log in have been in touch with LUTEC who are taking the light back today to check it For information this light uses a different LUTEC app to the other LUTEC light I bought from you but LUTEC did not make this clear on their paperwork I assume they also did not tell you Their HQ in Belgium says that with android phones the phones might also need an update I am not happy about passing phone accounts and passwords to strangers in a third country Will have to wait to see what LUTEC UK says in a few days time

placed order for delivery to receive e-mail stating that they were unable to deliver as there was nobody in This order was to be delivered to a care home open 24 7 and now i have been informed that i have to go and collect Not impressed i have not got the time or staff to let go to the other side of town to collect order

Really bad

Really bad I phoned up at 5 15 and spoke to guy firstly who does not talk in proper English he was saying stuff like yeah man and other stuff I do not know how to write I told him I have a small list and will be there in 10 minutes anyway I was stuck in traffic on the north circle and phoned them up again and spoke to a man with a strong asain accent and said to him please can you stay behind a couple of minutes as I m stuck in traffic and need these goods to complete a job but he kept refusing and said no we are closing the door at 5 30 I reached there and say a young man with glasses and a beard at the door with another customer I asked him if I can come in but he didn t let me and closed the door in my face and locked it and walked off Very rude and not coming back my client had to cancel the job because I could not get the goods

Don t understand Why would you do this in a competitive Market

Don t understand Why would you do this in a competitive Market presently looking for 6 X 2ft LED Panels and had a very quick bypass of this site why would anyone buy a 600x600mm LED light panel 30 from TLC when you can buy it in toolstation for less than 20 I think most customers and contractors would opt for the cheapest even screwfix and most online retailers are cheaper than this what is going on I do have an account with TLC but I rarely purchase from them as most of their prices are vastly overpriced my last order was 2021 on the very odd rare occasion you can get a deal

Not sure what quality control they are using or if it s there at all but this is extremely unacceptable Can t even send it back as I have had to pay an insane amount more than the switch is worth to get it delivered Dented all around unfinished paint work and pure cheapness
