I recently purchased a bathroom extractor fan from TLC and unfortunately I encountered significant issues with the product Despite prompt responses from their customer service team I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution The fan I purchased had non-functional timer and power string features rendering them useless While the fan turned on and off with the bathroom light it was a partial workaround rather than a fully functional solution I hired two electricians at a significant cost to assess the problem and install the unit only to find out that it was a faulty product TLC s limited options for resolution were to either return the faulty fan for a refund or exchange However considering the costs involved in reinstalling a replacement unit it was not economically feasible for me to pursue these options Although I appreciate the politeness and promptness of their responses I found the lack of assistance in resolving the issue to be disappointing It would have been more helpful if TLC could have offered a qualified electrician to install a new unit at no additional cost or at least provided helpful alternative solutions Unfortunately my overall experience with TLC s customer service and their product leaves much to be desired I hope they consider improving their after-sales support and product quality to prevent similar situations in the future By sharing this review I hope to provide valuable feedback to other consumers who are considering purchasing from TLC
