They advertised it was locally shipped in America Ha it took over 8 weeks from oversees to get to me too late for my cruise 1 2 I liked but other half I gave to goodwill as too expensive to try challenging their No Return policy Gone there done that won t buy again

Bought 4 tops and Tried to return one top that was too small and was advised unable to return unless a defect Was not aware of this policy I guess should have advised the fit was not accurate per the site

I liked both my sweaters But I was expecting the red top to be a sweater It was valour It feels like you are hiding this instead of saying it s valour in the description This has happened before with yourself tops Also your website says 1-2 weeks delivery I have ordered from you 3 times and it always takes 4 weeks for deliver It s not like I live in an extreme location I live in Calgary

I ordered two dresses Jan 10th and have not received yet I have been trying to get a response from the company with no results I just want to know when to expect my order can someone get back to me Very hard to get a response i have tried texting not sure what to do next I have read the reviews and I am not the only one having this problem

"No return on sale items BUT WAIT everything seems to be on sale "
I have ordered here once before I like the quality and the original and stylish clothes the offer But beware of sizing and if you want to return something Since virtually everything on their shopping site is on sale when it comes time to make a return the FINE PRINT says no return on sale items But that s per much all they have I did not see this when I ordered or I would have thought twice So I am stuck with some nice clothing that doesn t fit quite right BUYER BEWARE

Update on my review from June The company offered me 30 back and keep the dresses for which I paid 93 for both I told them NO WAY They came back with a 50 offer and keep the dresses since postage sending them back with probably cost me 30- 35 so I took it I don t know what I m going to do with these dresses Upon looking at one of the dresses a second time and trying it on again I saw how ridiculously it was made it had a split up the front which was actually a wraparound one side of the dress was square the other side was rounded one side was longer one side was shorter It was totally ridiculous I will say the material on the dresses was very nice but they definitely were not what was pictured I ll probably take them to Goodwill

My order took a long time to arrive I was not able to track it using the link provided The tracking said label created waiting for carrier pick up It sat there a LONG time Then arrived about 3 weeks later with no warning because I could not track it However I was very pleased with the quality of the product I ordered Very nice

Beautiful dresses color as advertised but they do run large I should have ordered a medium At 5 5 145lb these look like a potato sack on me
