Still waiting for my order after 4 weeks I want the 3 items I ordered but this is ridiculous I emailed them once and they apologized for the delay I emailed them a second time asking if they can expedite have not received an answer Don t think I ll be ordering from them it s too bad because some if their clothing is nice

The fabric is completely unsuitable for a hot Queensland climate It is a non-breathing shiny fabric that does not suit the humid climate at all I m so sorry that I took another chance and bought 160 worth of goods that will be unwearable during summer The sizing is so different item from item and to return the items to an address in the UK will cost a fortune I wish there was an Australian depot where we could return or exchange items because the cost of returning overseas is just out of the question I think I have learnt my lesson and will no longer order online but pay a little more and try on an item in store before spending 50 on a tshirt my advice to anyone who loves the style is to be very careful because in a hot climate these items will be extremely uncomfortable and sweaty

"Ordered 2 dresses One fits The other "
Ordered 2 dresses on my husbands email address One fits The other one has strangely set in sleeves I am not particularly wide shouldered nor do I have large upper arms I can barely squeeze my arms into the sleeves and if I try I can t lower my arms I notified the company Their solution was the suggestion that I accept 14 from them and keep the product I wouldn t even consider donating the item to Goodwill I will not be doing business with this online company ever again

"WONT ORDER AGAIN"
Ordered 3 dresses One of the dresses the size was way off - much too small compared to the other 2 ordered in the same size Return policy states no returns for wrong sizing please allow for a little bit of color and size difference this is inevitable from their website this is more than a little off so thats money down the toilet Quality was not what I expect for 40 dresses Maybe 10 at best NOT made in South Carolina as advertised My package came from China US prices poor quality

Have been waiting weeks for my order to ship Once I finally received email of tracking the package has been sitting in awaiting for package status for 4 days from usps They have been decent with replying to emails This the 2 star rating Not willing to cancel my order and don t seem to care that what I ordered won t get here in time for me to wear for what I needed it for Wouldn t order again from this company Seems like a scam

I bought a number of dresses from this company I wanted to return four of them and their information says they accept returns for 30 days However after five emails they said to keep the dresses and they would send me 60 They owe me 200 I will not use them ever again

I received the product on time and while it somewhat resembles what I ordered the top is the correct fabric but totally wrong style I have my order confirmation and a photo of what was ordered and what was received their comment to me was we re sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase It s not a case of being dissatisfied they shipped something totally different and after 8-11 e-mails back and forth it s more or less tough to be you Update-July 29 they tell me the item ordered and the photo I submitted may differ due to lighting these are useless words they offered me 14 00 USD for my trouble I ordered a 3 4 sleeve lace trimmed long style top they sent a short sleeve short crop top they are not the same I want what I ordered and paid for and this feels very much like I m arguing with a 5 year old I will take every opportunity I can find to out this organization Update again Pat Struble Canada August 2 2023 Another update I have today received a 25 00 USD refund on my purchase of the above outfit I ve ended up after this refund over 50 00 USD out of pocket for an outfit I cannot use because it arrived totally different than advertised I believe that this company is corresponding from over-seas and English is not their first language What you order is not necessarily what they feel obligated to ship and you will have little to no recourse While I got something back thank you very much this is NOT a reputable company buyer beware Pat Struble - Canada
