"I have not received my order from Truly and where is it months since I ordered and paid HELP"
I have not received my order from months ago the events that I needed these items for have long past I have heard nothing from the company and don t see anyway to contact them HELP Where are my products when am I getting them or not why doesn t someone contact you when they are delayed How do I get a refund and where are these items coming from Has anyone else had these issues what did you do and did you get a response from the company ----- HELP very disappointed and afraid that I have once again been scammed by an Facebook advertisement

"False advertising"
The dress advertised at US 53 98 looked really lovely in the picture but when my order arrived I was horrified to see that it was NOTHING like it The real thing looked hideous the pattern was different and the material was fit only for an op-shop dollar specials rack FALSE ADVERTISING at its worst If I can post side-by-side photos of it here I will

"Tluly does not deliver what they advertise "
I am having the same experience as Lisa who just commented on March 21 they will not refund your money The pictures on their website look great but that is not the reality I too wish I had seen their Return Policy before ordering They advertise easy return but when you ask for a return they decline saying they only do returns for quality issues I also ordered a sweatshirt - the sleeves are too short They advertised that the products are from South Carolina but they are actually made in China Incredibly disappointing

"I do not knowingly buy products made in China - ever "
I go out of my way to purchase items made anywhere BUT China The information on Tluly s web site claims they have two manufacturing sites in America - I call BS on that I ordered three garments They arrived today and nowhere on the garments is there a tag to indicate the country of origin - NOWHERE However on each of the plastic bags containing the garments along with the product code and UPC code there it is - Made in China I ve been duped If you do not want to support the Chinese regime with its practice of organ harvesting slave labor and assassinating Christians DO NOT BUY FROM TLULY

"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam They do not provide the goods ordered and when you try to track your order they cannot find the order number or send an sms saying they have the wrong address There is no way to contact them to change this address Do not believe their hype on facebook and instagram My computer security will not allow me to go on their tracking site as it is deemed a scam site

"Returning items has been a nightmare"
All three items I received were far bigger than supplied size chart and took 8 weeks to come It has now been 3 weeks Of correspondence with Them to return they refuse to take back and are offering the final offer as 1 3 of the cost I paid They have a return policy which I checked before I bought but they will not adhere to it Clothes are definitely not the quality the picture makes out Penny Perth Wa

This company claims their clothing is made in the USA which is false Their clothing is made in China Which explains their no refund only replacement I ordered 2 dresses and one is not even close to the color represented I also ordered a swimsuit with short like bottoms a brief bottom was sent instead The items looked ok but I beleive this company should be boycotted since they claim made in usa Is a flat out lie I don t appreciate deception not that I would not order from a Chinese manufacturer because I would Took over 3 weeks for shipping Very disappointed with quality also Will not reorder and recommend this scam business with fake reviews be avoided

"Defective 2 piece pant set"
They sent me a 2 piece pant set Pants were sized incorrectly and I was top after receiving before wearing inside out in cold water Black faded to grey and they will not return my 56 99 unless I pay to have it shipped back to them in China at my cost Their defect and I should have to spend my with no reimbursement on shipping Terrible company not customer service friendly at all Run far and fast

"Fraud"
Worst company deceitful advertising Do not order from them They say clothing is American made shipped from America It s not shipped from China Then when I wanted to return told I have to ship to Dubai They start offering a pittance of original purchase price and offer to let me keep product I emailed back and forth for about two weeks finally gave up and accepted half of what I paid Never ever order from them Product is nothing like the pictures either cheap fabric no texture Mad at myself for falling for this company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR OTHER NAMES THEY USE
