Terrible customer service
I ordered an HBM 30 car oil draining system Item arrived with an out of shape oil drainage funnel Obviously the item was NOT checked before dispatching it to me After lengthy emails taking days on end I was offered a measly 10 of my order Item was 72 88 and they gave me 7 28 compensation which is a joke Pathetic customer service and I will not buy from them again

Having purchased a tool chest with 2 drawers failing within the first months we had been promised replacements months ago After many follow up attempts they are just ignoring our emails and have left us without any solution Would not recommend buying from this company beware

Shocking poor customer service
Shocking poor customer service order foam inlay and 4 trays of tools only foam inlay turned up Then had to fight to justify my tools not arrived Each party were just blaming each other then country legislation come into play when company in wrong Tools eventually turned up 2 weeks later no notification or comment from supplier Had enough so tried to return but system said no as over 2 weeks since delivery but their system can t update their side when full delivery actually arrived only days earlier Told to send back myself only to find this was going to cost over 70 so tried to get Toolsidee to pay customs as their issue why I m not happy but told no so stuck with tools I no longer want complete joke Company not set up for uncertain events and not a clue how to support or compensate customer Struggle to give 1 stars I can supply my order and pictures to verify too

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolute farce of a company Sent a damaged product then did absolutely nothing when I tried to return it Kept on saying I had to fill in the form on their website which I did and they have ignored me ever since We are now 4 weeks later I have a dented pump and absolutely no sign of any correspondence or offer of a refund from them

Very unprofessional company arrogant and rude can t ship for two weeks make a bunch of excuses in short they are right it s all the consumer s fault None of the information indicated on the website is real information you need to go to the second or third page for that If you re looking for a merchant with integrity clearly they are not

The customer service is rude and keep hanging up on people because they can t speak english eventhough you have to pay to get in touch with them as they don t provide an English number They messed up the order that I asked to cancel because it wasn t going to be received in time first try at sending it they put the wrong address they ignored my email and my calls and sent it anyway Rude and unhelpful
