Where do I start This company is actually on par with worst crooks out there I ordered a drill press from them by Stanley brand The parcel took a while to arrive which did not bother me a bit however when it arrived the box was apparently broken from one corner but those things happen and if the padding inside are good usually it is no issue so I commenced to unpack and assemble the drill press The quality of item itself was average but again obviously not an issue as I did not need a top end product at the time for premium price However after assembling the tool the drill did not power on Went over everything and apparently there was a damage to electric cord connecting switchboard to motor cable severed and covered with some kind of white paint OK contacted Toolsidee or shall I say FOOLSIDEE customer service along with four photos of item attached just as requested on their web site they request three photos Got no reply so tried a different avenue by contacting them via e-mail Wonder wonder got the reply from a girl called Chantal She was asking 5 photos in this occasion which I sent To be mentioned here that their entire language was a rather cold unfriendly and filled with all sorts of warnings etc right off the back Not very friendly service I took a new set of photos whatever they asked - close up from top of the box with label clearly visible etc except I could not take a photo of item still packed in box as I had already assembled it She came back again stating that without this specific photo disregarding my explanation and other photos where damage was obvious they are unable to handle the claim Naturally I never realised before that I should have been much more careful with this company and should have documented entire process of unpacking but then again I did not expect any issues when ordered either Anyway the only way to rectify this situation would have been taking the drill apart again retrospectively pack it back into the shipping box as it came take a photo and send it to them of course still without any guarantee that my claim would be positively resolved handled However I m finding it totally ludicrous and unacceptable that they insist that without that photo they refuse to handle the claim Anyway few heated e-mails exchanged in which Chantal very rudely and boldly responded full of arrogance and completely unhelpful I decided to take a hit and bin the situation as effectively they sold me unsafe completely broken item but one s time and nerves are more valuable that arguing with some dumb chick from NO-GOOD company of crooks scammers and thieves that they are I will not recommend anyone to buy from this crowd they are totally incompetent and useless if anything goes wrong blatantly refusing to help you and so your money would be entirely wasted There are better places to buy stuff If I could give this crowd a half a star I would and that alone would be overstatement they wouldn t deserve even third of star

a joke of a company rang them over 20 times put on hold each time sent loads of emails i still have not received the product which was over 800 euro

Very poor company to deal with Extremely disappointed Purchased a work shop machine Which was slightly cheaper but got a email from customs asking for ridiculous amount of money Refused to pay it So item was returned to Toolside Asked for refund time and time again Took me weeks to get it Then to find they charge me for the return fees So people I do not recommend you deal with this company

Look Away Quickly DPD Toolsidee a Fatal Combination
If you re looking at Toolsidee to supply tools look away quickly If you want a long game of on-line hunt the parcel go right ahead teamed up with DPD Toolsidee is just what you need I ordered a lightweight hoist what I got was a saga of arguments and incompetence At no time did the item I ordered make an appearance on the scene Ironically clearly believing I had received my order I received an e-mail asking if I was pleased with it would I write a review and expressing the hope that I would have fun with my new purchase This was my reply How Do I like My Order What an extraordinary enquiry Clearly you are unaware of the disaster that has accompanied my placing of an order with Toolsidee I never received the item I ordered Your favoured courier DPD never delivered the package and never came to my address on the stated date and time of delivery Instead the driver logged a false time and consigned the item for return to sender I issued no such instruction because I saw neither the item nor the driver On emailing Toolsidee s Support Team I was informed that the package had been return to the Netherlands without any reason An email detailing the delivery failure is with your Support Team On the Thursday morning of 28 November I telephoned Customer Services I was told that the package had been returned by DPD without explanation I enquired if the item could be resent I was told not until Toolsidee had been informed as to the reason why the item had been returned I enquired if Toolsidee could enquire at DPD why the delivery had failed I was told no I enquired if Toolsidee could send another hoist using a different courier I was told no not until Toolside had been informed as to why the original delivery had been returned I enquired how long I would have to wait for Toolsidee to resolve this issue I was told a few days I enquired if I could receive a refund I was told yes after Toolsidee had been informed as to why the item had been returned This response was very unhelpful It is not customer service The harpy that is employed by Toolsidee to respond to clients should have no place in the customer services of a company eager to develop good client relations Clearly there can be no review of the item I attempted to purchase from your company I have abandoned any further attempt to complete this transaction and placed the matter with PayPal resolution service in order to recover my money You may be unaware that DPD has a 27 poor review I will add to that growing percentage Similarly I will post a review of Toolsidee stating that customer service is bad and that the company uses DPD a highly untrustworthy courier I will strongly recommend that prospective purchasers look elsewhere

Terrible company
Terrible company They send me the wrong tool completely and will not exchange it for what I ordered They are not in the UK and are in the Netherlands Do not Trade with this incompetent and fraudulent Company

Deplorable company
Unfortunately I have to give this company one star as it doesn t allow zero I ordered 2 items one large one small After a few weeks I received the small item No explanation regarding my other item I had to contact them for an update and was told its on the way 6 weeks later I still hadn t received it and then got a refund without any explanation or apology I ended up paying 23 shipping for both items I wasn t refunded any part for the item I didn t receive I ended up paying a very high shipping cost for one small item This is a company who advertise 3 day shipping fast delivery etc which is an absolute joke They have no problem allowing me to purchase this item and keeping my 439 payment for 6 weeks Now I have to order from elsewhere and pay another shipping cost Deplorable company with zero customer service who obviously don t care about customers Just wish I had the reviews before I wasted my time and money

Will not refund me
This company will not cancel my order after I emailed them 3 days before they dispatched it and 5 minutes after I placed the order They are also refusing to refund me saying they don t follow uk laws They are very rude and unprofessional stay away everyone

A cheating company
They sent me the wrong model and cheaper product if return I need to arrange courier and prepaid courier fee by myself because no return lable in UK Why saying free return in UK Also they can t VAT refund almost 100 pounds if return the product it is not my fault Just felt they forced me to accept the wrong product and put all the problems to my side without any compensation even the extra VAT Only saying they can refund the difference price of product Really poor customer service experience
