Slow Boat from The Netherlands

Ordered a tool rack which took 4 weeks to arrive and then only becuase I chased it Part of order the clips was missing and when I complained they cancelled and refunded that part without apology or explanation Be aware that although a co uk company also a ie nl etc it all seems to come from the Netherlands Bit of a deception really Overal cannot recommend

Why ask me now

I have given 3 stars as I have only just ordered from this company literally this minute The item might not turn up or may be faulty I may have to return it and have issues doing so What is the point in asking me to review a company that I have only just come in contact with Why not give me the option to give this review after I receive what I have ordered This is why I don t trust reviews

Overall quality and price matches Because the tracking number was not active I was thinking was a scam but after 0ne week and half I got the items Happy days They ship from Dutch post I will buy again
